Disclaimer: There are multiple ways to create a resume. You can refer it if You wish. Also, please add your own touch and achievements. I used this format to get my jobs in EY and PwC, and my brother used it to get his job in KPMG & BMW. Obviously, our resume had lots of other content as it was created after qualifying CA. I have watered it down so that You can use it for articleship purpose.
