የኒውክለር ህክምና |Nuclear Medicine| ምንድን ነው?
     
👉የኒውክለር ህክምና እጅግ አነስተኛ መጠን ያለው ጨረር የሚያመነጭ ንጥረ ነገርን (ራዲዮፋርማሲዪቲካል) በመጠቀም ለታካሚዎች የምርመራና የህክምና አገልግሎት የምንሰጥበት የህክምና ዘርፍ ነው።

ንጥረ ነገሩ በሚዋጥ ፣ በመርፌ ወይም በትንፋሽ ለታካሚ የሚሰጥ ሲሆን በውስጡ መጠነኛ የመድሀኒት ውህድ በመያዙ በሴሎችና በሕብረ ሕዋሳት አማካኝነት በቀላሉ ወደ ሰውነታችን ይወሰዳል።

ወደ ሰውንታችን የገባውን ጨረር አመንጪ ኬሚካል ስርጭቱን ከሰውነት ውጭ ባሉ የምርመራ መሣሪያዎችን (እንደ SPECT/CT, PET/CT and PET/MRI) በመጠቀም ተግባራዊ ምስሎችን ማግኘት ይቻላል። ህክምናው በሁሉም የህክምና ዘርፎች ተፈላጊ ሲሆን ነገርግን በካንሰር ፣ በልብ እና በነርቭ ታካሚዎች ላይ እጅግ ጉልህ አስተዋጾ አለው።

ከሲቲ እና ከኤምአርአይ በምን ይለያል?

👉ሲቲ እና ኤምአርአይ በሽታን ለማግኘት የአንድን አካል ክፍል የቅርጽ ለውጥ (Anatomical changes) በማየትና በመመርመር ችግሩን  የምናገኝበት ህክምና ሲሆን በአንፃሩ የኒውክልር ምርመራ የአካል ክፍል አሠራር ለውጥ (physiologic changes) በማሳየት በሽታው የቅርፅ ለውጥ ከማምጣቱ በፊት ከጅምሩ የተዛቡ ነገሮችን ለይቶ ለማወቅና ለማከም ያገለግላል። ከቅርብ ጊዜያት በፊት የመጡ የኒውክለር ህክምና መሳሪያዎች ሁለቱንም ማለትም የአሠራርና የቅርፅ ለውጥን በአንድ መሳሪያ ማሳየት የሚችሉ ዘመናዊ መሳሪያዎች ናቸው። 

👉የምርምራው ጥቅሞች ምንድን ናችው?
  በሽታን ለማወቅ (diagnosis)
  የበሽታውን ደረጃ ለመወሰንና (disease severity assessment)
  የካንሰር የስርጭት ደረጃን ለማወቅ (staging)
  ለተለያዩ የካንሰር ዓይነቶች የሚሰጡ ሕክምናዎች የሚያሳዪትን ምላሾችን ለመገምገም (treatment response)
  ከህክምና በኋላ በድጋሚ የሚከሰት ካንሰርን በጊዜ ለማወቅና (cancer recurrence)
  ከጨረር ህክምና በፊት ጨረሩ የሚያርፍበት የካንሰር ቦታ ለማሳየት(treatment planning) የሚረዳ ዘመናዊ የምርመራ አይነቶችን ያካተተ ነው።

👉በተጨማሪም ከምርመራ ባሻገር በተለይ
  የኢንዶክሪን እና ኒውሮኢንዶክሪን ህመሞች
  ወደ አጥንት የተሰራጨ የፕሮስቴት ካንሰር
  ወደ ጉበት ለተሰራጨ የትልቅ አንጀት ካንሰርና
   የታይሮይድ ካንሰር ላለባቸው ሕሙማን በጣም ጠቃሚ የሆነ ሕክምና አለው።

አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2016 ዓ.ም ራስ ገዝ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እንደመሆኑ መጠን በትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የመቁረጫ ነጥብ በላይ ያመጡ ተማሪዎችን አወዳድሮ ስለሚቀበል ብቃት ያላቸውን ተማሪዎች ለመምረጥ ያስችለዋል፡፡

የምንቀበላቸው ተማሪዎችም ወጪያቸው በመንግስት የሚሸፈን እና ወጪአቸውን በራሳቸው የሚሸፍኑ ይሆናሉ፡፡

ይህም ማለት ማንኛውም ራስ ገዝ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ራስ ገዝ ካልሆኑ መካነ አዕምሮ የተለየ አሰራርና ደንብ ይኖረዋል፡፡

ለአብነት ያህልም መምህራንን የሚቀጥርበት፣ ተማሪ የሚቀበልበት፣ የትምህርት ፕሮግራም የሚከፍትበት ወዘተ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የራሱ የሆነ መስፈርት ይኖረዋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሰረት የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በሚቀጥለው የትምህርት ዘመን ተማሪዎችን የሚቀበልበት መስፈርት እንደሚከተለው ይሆናል፡-

1. እንደማንኛውም ራስ ገዝ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወጪያቸውን በመንግስት የሚሸፈንላቸውን ተማሪዎችን ፈትኖ ይቀበላል፣

2. በአሁኑ ሰዓት በማታው ክፍለ ጊዜ (Extension) በግል እየተማሩ እንደሚገኙ ተማሪዎች በመደበኛው ክፍለ ጊዜም (Regular) ተመሳሳይ ተማሪዎችን ተቀበሎ በመጠነኛ ክፍያ የሚያስተምር ይሆናል፣

3. ዩኒቨርሲቲው በፊት ከነበረው ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከሚላክለት የተማሪዎች ቅበላ ውጭ በልዩነት ፈትኖ ተማሪዎችን ቢቀበልም ከዚህ በፊት በመንግስት ከሚመደብለት የተማሪዎች ቁጥር ያነሰ አይሆንም፤

4. አዋጁ በግልጽ እንዳስቀመጠው ሁሉንም የኢትዮጵያ ተማሪዎችን ታሳቢ ያደረገ የትምህርት ተቋም እንደሆነ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ይገልፃል

ይሁንና በአሁኑ ሰዓት በተለያዩ ድህረ-ገፆች ላይ አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሐብታሞች መማሪያ ብቻ ይሆናል ተብሎ የሚናፈሰው ወሬ ሀሰተኛና የህግ አግባብነት የሌለው መሆኑን ዩኒቨርሲቲው ያሳውቃል፡፡

በመሆኑም የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሁሉም ኢትዮጵያዊ መዳረሻ ፣ የእውቀት መገብያ መናኸሪያ እንዲሆን እንጂ ራስ ገዝ አስተዳደር ያስፈለገው የገንዘብ አቅም ያላቸው ተማሪዎችን ብቻ ተቀብሎ የሚያስተምር ተቋም እንዳይሆን ታስቦ እንደሆነ ለመግለጽ እንወዳለን፡፡
