You have one group that has more than 12 times the amount of young males than the police and army combined. They are cohesive, have a high propensity to violence and they are extremely well organised. If you arrest one, they will show up in full force demanding a release. And most importantly: they have multiple community leaders that swiftly organise within their local networks.

Do you police those and risk inflaming them?

You have another group that is larger, but they are not cohesive at all and they are not well organised. Except for very rare cases, they are not violent or armed. If you arrest one, at most you'll get some angry Facebook posts. They have no community leaders at all because that would be racist.

Which group do you think will be targeted by police to ease tensions?

A lot can be learnt from this. Native Europeans must adapt quickly. We need to become cohesive. We need community leaders. We need to support each other and be prepared to make sacrifices.
