The ASEAN Observer Team in Cambodia (AOT-KH), led by the Head of Mission (AOT KH HOM) from the Philippines, was on the mission to meet with displaced civilians and observe their living conditions at Wat Peung Angkam safety center, also known as Wat Bak Kam, Chhean Mok commune, Tbeng Meanchey district, Preah Vihear province.
