Between 5 and 9 July 2026, Thai military forces encroached ុupon Cambodian territory in Oddar Meanchey Province, where they constructed embankments and installed barbed-wire fences at the Border Marker No. 14 (O'Smach) and Border Marker No. 22 (Banteay Ampil). These unilateral actions constitute a serious violation of Cambodia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
