Today is about facing something we all experience fear. It's a natural part of being human, but when we understand our fears, they have less power over us.

What to Do:
Take 5–10 minutes to sit quietly and think and write about your fears.

Ask yourself:
What am I afraid of right now?
Where did this fear come from?
Is this fear protecting me or holding me back?

Be honest you’re not judging yourself. You’re just noticing.
