Ask yourself:
“What do I believe about myself in this area?”
“Where did that belief come from?”
“Is it 100% true?”
Write down 3–5 limiting beliefs that come to mind.
💡 Example:
Limiting belief: “I’m not smart enough to start my own business.”
Where it might come from: A past failure or something someone said.
New empowering belief: “I can learn and grow my skills as I build my business.”
This challenge isn’t about judging yourself it’s about getting honest so you can grow. Be kind, be curious, and remember:
