Day 1 - Master your main Tool

Today you need to go deep into your main skill tool!

🔴‎Task
‎Complete a full guided tutorial on your main tool
‎Find one complete beginner tutorial for your specific skill tool!

It must be at least 30 minutes long and walk through a real project from start to finish.

‎After the tutorial: close it and rebuild what you made from memory. You will not remember everything that is the point. Where you get stuck is exactly what you need to learn next.

‎Today's task is to learn the language of your skill before learning the concepts, understanding the vocabulary makes everything faster.
‎
‎Every skill field has 15 to 20 key terms that professionals use constantly. Today's job is to find them, understand what each one actually means in practice, and write each definition in personal words not copied!
‎
‎Research across at least 2 sources: a YouTube video where a professional talks about their work, and a written guide or article. For each term found, write: what it means, when it is used, and one real example of it in action.

🔴Day 3 - Learn your first core concept and apply it!
‎
‎Every skill is built on a small number of core concepts that everything else builds on. Today participants find theirs and apply it the same day , there will be no passive learning.

‎Task
‎Study one core concept and produce something with it
‎Identify the single most foundational concept in your skill - the one that underpins everything. Research it. Find practical output for the concept!

‎Immediately after : close the resource and produce something that demonstrates you understood it. The output must be visible and shareable.
‎Write one paragraph explaining the concept as if teaching it to someone who has never heard of it. If you cannot explain it simply, you have not learned it yet.

‎Concepts in any skill do not exist in isolation they stack and interact. Today participants learn the next 2nd foundational concept and produce work that uses both Day 3 and Day 4 concepts together.

‎Task
‎Study the second core concept and build something combining both!
‎( Study it the same way: one source, notes in your own words.)
‎Produce one piece of work that requires both concepts to be present and working together.

‎Post your combined shareable skill output + your written answer on how the two concepts connect from your Skill HQ

🔴Day 5 - Recreate a professional's work in your Skill

Today participants study a real professional and reverse-engineer one piece of their work.
‎Task
‎Analyze a professional's work and recreate the structure
‎Find one professional actively working in your skill field - Ethiopian if possible, international if not.

Study their last 5–8 pieces of work. Write for yourself: what decisions are they consistently making that a beginner wouldn't make?
‎Pick their single best piece. Break it down completely what is the structure, what choices were made, what level of skill does each element require?

‎Recreate the structure of that piece using your own content not their material, their decision-making pattern applied to something of your own.

🔴Day 6 - Find and close your first gap
‎Every learner has a concept or technique they are quietly avoiding because it feels hard. Today participants identify theirs and spend the full session on it no skipping.
‎Task
‎Identify your weakest point this week and fix it!
‎Look at everything you produced in Days 1-5. Where did you simplify, avoid, or rush through something because it was too hard? Write it down clearly: 'I have been avoiding (X) because (Y).
‎Spend the full session on that one gap. Find a specific resource on it. Practice it deliberately. Produce something that forces you to use it properly.
‎Write: what specifically made it hard, and what changed after spending focused time on it today?
