የጊዜ አጠቃቀም፦ በቀን ውስጥ ትኩረት የሚጠይቁ ስራዎችን ያለ ምንም ምክንያት የምታከናውኑበት ከ4-5 ሰዓት የሚቆይ የጊዜ ገደብ (Time Block) መድቡ።
የ20/80 ሕግ፦ ማንኛውንም ነገር ለመማር ስታስቡ 80% ውጤት የሚሰጠውን ወሳኝ 20% የትምህርት ክፍል ላይ አተኩሩ።
ለሌላ ሰው ማስረዳት፦ አንድን ርዕስ በሚገባ መረዳታችሁን ለማረጋገጥ፣ ስለ ጉዳዩ ምንም እውቀት ለሌለው ሰው ለማስረዳት ሞክሩ።
