Patience and Acceptance [Realities of Faith]
It is reported that Al-Ḥasan Al-Baṣrī – الله have mercy on him – said when asked ‘what is īmān (faith)?’:
It is perseverance (al-ṣabr) from the things that are forbidden by الله the Mighty and Majestic and acceptance.
He was asked, “What is perseverance and acceptance?”
He replied, “al-ṣabr is to persevere in holding back from what الله has forbidden, and [acceptance is] acceptance of what الله the Mighty and Majestic has commanded.”
Abū Bakr Al-Daynūrī, Al-Mujālasah wa Jawāhir Al-‘Ilm 3:535.
What better month to start disciplining your soul than this month, bi-'idhnillāh?
Rush towards the Pleasure and Mercy of our Rabb. It's not too late, bi-'idhnillāh to renew your faith and aim higher. Repent and flee to Him. May He have mercy on us all ♥

🍁 DAILY TAFSIR PORTION 🍁
Al-'Asr 103:1-3
💠 وَٱلْعَصْرِ
💠 إِنَّ الاِْنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ
💠 إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ
By time,
Indeed, mankind is in loss,
Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience.
ޒަމާން ގަންދެއްވަމެވެ.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އިންސާނާ ވަނީ، ގެއްލުމެއްގައިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.
إيمان ވެ صالح عمل ތައްކޮށް، އަދި އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް حق އަށް وصية ކޮށް، އަދި އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް ކެތްތެރިވުމަށް وصية ކޮށްއުޅުނު މީހުން މެނުވީއެވެ.

English - Tafsir ibn kathir
By Al-
Malik narrated from Zayd bin Aslam that he said, "It is the evening."
However, the first view is the popular opinion. Thus, Allah swears by this, that man is in
خُسْرٍ
(Khusr), which means in loss and destruction
... إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّـلِحَـتِ
Except those who believe and do righteous good deeds.
So Allah makes an exception, among the species of man being in loss, for those who believe in their hearts and work righteous deeds with their limbs.
وَتَوَاصَوْاْ بِالْحَقِّ
And recommend one another to the truth,
This is to perform acts of obedience and avoid the forbidden things.
وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ
And recommend one another to patience.
meaning, with the plots, the evils, and the harms of those who harm people due to their commanding them to do good and forbidding them from evil.
This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Al-`Asr, and all praise and thanks are due to Allah
📚 Tafsir Ibn Kathir

Al-Asr is the time in which the movements of the Children of Adam occur, whether good or evil. Malik narrated from Zayd bin Aslam that he said, "It is the evening."

ރޯދަވީއްލުމަށް ވަކި ޚާއްޞަ ދުޢާއެއް ޘާބިތެއްނޫން
"ރޯދާ ވީއްލުމުގައި ކިޔޭ ދުޢާ (ذهب الظمأ وابتلَّت العروق...) ޞައްޙަ އެއް ނޫނެވެ. އޭގެ ސަނަދާއި މަތަން ޣަރީބު ވުމުގެ ސަބަބުންނެވެ. (ޣަރީބު: ބީރައްޓެހިކަމެއް އެކުލެވުން، މިއީ އާންމުކޮށް އަންނަ ރިވާޔަތްތަކުގެ މަގާއި ތަފާތުކަމެއް ވުނެވެ.) އަދި (މީގެ އިތުރުން) އޭގެ ރާވީންގެ ތެރެއިން އެކަކީ ކާކުކަން ނޭގޭތީއެވެ.
ހަމައެފަދައިން (اللهم لك صمت، وعلى رزقك أفطرت...) މި ޙަދީޘް (ދުޢާ) ވެސް ޞައްޙައެއް ނޫނެވެ.
އަދި މިބާބުގައި (އެބަހީ، ރޯދަވީއްލުމުގައި ކިޔާ ދުޢާތަކުގައި) އޭގެ ޞައްޙަކަމަށް ބުރަވެވޭނޭ ވަރަށް އެއްވެސް އެއްޗެއް ޘާބިތެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން، ރޯދަވެރިޔާ ކޮންމެ ޛިކުރެއްވިޔަސް، ނޫނީ އޭނާއަށް ފަސޭހަ ދުޢާއެއް ކިޔަސް އެކަމުގައި މައްސަލައެއް ނެތެވެ. އެއީ ވަކި މިވެނި ދުޢާއެއް ނޫނީ ޛިކުރެއް މިކަމަށް އޭނާ ކަނޑަނާޅާހާ ހިނދަކުއެވެ."

▶️ Al Akhirah - The Afterlife

📌It is a Pillar of eeman to belive in Aakhirah
📌Mufassil Surahs first revealed about hell fire and paradise, until hearts are attached to Allah instead of revealing laws first - reason for immediate obedience of the sahabah Radiyallahu Anhum
📌Hearts are not soft. Talking about al ghayb and Aakhirah will soften hearts.
📌 Live in dunyah as if you see hell fire and paradise in front of you. That's the level of eeman Ali Ibn Abi Talib Radiyallahu Anhu had.
🔔 Minor day of judgment
🔴 Death
✅ Death is the beginning of the day of judgment.
✅ Everyone will die
➡️Kulluman alaihaa faan,.....
➡️Kullu nafsin zaaigatul mawt
✅ Ask Allah to save u from hell fire and grant you paradise, instead of asking for long life, provision.... Because your provision is already written for you
✅ Death comes unannounced. We think we have time to prepare for death. But we don't.
✅ Need to talk a lot about the death
✅ Frequently remember the destroyer of the pleasure - death
✅ We are all certain of the death. But we are not prepared for it. All are certain but no one is preparing for it.
✅ This attachment to Dunya we have is because of the veil we have on our hearts. So remember and talk more about death.
🔷 Benefits of remembering death.
📍1. If you r talking more about death, you will prepare for Aakhirah.
📍2. What ever Allah gives you will be grateful.
📍3. You will not compete over material things. Our desires are large. Nothing can please our desires. So remembering Allah or death will know this dunya is not worth fighting for, we will be happy with what we have.
📍Sakaraatul mawt - Stages of unconsciousness that occurs to human beings because of the pain of death. It will happen to everyone. Everyone goes to this stages of pain. Even Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam experienced it. Shuhada will feel this pain very less.
📍4. Door of opportunity is open. When it's too late, tawbah will not be accepted. Ghargharah: when the soul is prepared to leave the body. Until this time tawbah, is accepted.
📍5. Death comes unannounced. No matter how busy you are there is no excuse. The right time to do tawbah is now. Hearts will soften, by remembrance of Allah.
▪️ Who ever desires meeting Allah, Allah loves to meet him. Whoever hates meeting Allah, (not ready to die, not prepared for death) Allah hates meeting them.
▪️Evil souls are extracted painfully from the body. Good souls are extracted gently.
▪️If we were able to hear the screams of an evil soul we wouldn't dare to bury them.
