中国区域线路优化

本次优化[china][Other]等线路，解决中国一些地区无法登录的问题！

对于部分中国用户登录不上的说明：
经过查证该问题是中国境内的网络运营商屏蔽了我们的域名，导致一些区域的用户登录不上和访问不了服务器，以下是运营商屏蔽的区域：

[移动]河北承德
[移动]河南郑州
[移动]浙江杭州
[移动]宁夏银川


解决方案：目前可以使用VPN链接其他地区网络，我们会在8个小时内处理屏蔽问题，并发布新的安装包！

KernelCheat-PUBG-GFP都已启用设备硬件ID绑定，一个账号只能绑定一个设备[在新设备上登录需要解绑账号，解绑请联系经销商]，请不要修改你设备的硬件ID例如更改 ro.serialno除了ro.serialno其他都可以更改！

每次更改设备 ID 都没有用

如果游戏检测你的账号频繁的更换序列号那么他会认为你的账号在频繁更换设备，会导致账号检测增高或者造成高风险
