- Announcing overall changes related to device maintainers, the team and more
- Getting ready for Sambun (Hope with the new changes, this release goes smoother)
- Prob shoutout some projects when i get to release rimbon because i want to

Small update: Due to some issues with sepolicies and LiveDisplay being merged in the system, this source update got delayed. So I apologize for that.

About device maintainers and team: The device listed on the bot will be nuked and we'll restart support back on Sambun (A12). Also, the same day, we'll start accepting people to be part on our team. We need people who can work on things like the source, support for other things for devices (like FOD, hardware buttons and such). Or even design things, because mostly of those things are being done by myself and life is getting really busy lately so I can't handle those things the same way I did years ago. So, the day this happen, I'll be sure to post it in here. We're gonna be ok.

I'll promise to figure things out, or push some new updates and prob let livedisplay die and prepare things for Sambun, like support for gapps (like, our bundle of gapps), and some more new things coming up, stay tuned!

Well, due to some personal situations and time constraints, rimbon is left on the limbo. Mission failed. We'll get them next time.

I'm working on things so the future releases are most stable, and some new coat of paint for the website. I want to personally thank everybody who built rimbon, and sincerely apologize for not getting the release done. I appreciate your effort, PRs and reports a lot.

Now that we're waiting for A12 (and this is probably breaking the whole bootleg channel thing) but i want to share 3 projects which i've been using and are my current inspiration for what will come soon and a no brainer to try out:

1. DotOS: The guys at Dot are killing it. From their MonetWannabe to the details they are working hard to branch out and give a fresh perspective in UI. Even though sometimes the experience is buggy, they work hard to fix it up. Clean work

2. Project404: One of the CAF projects that really makes you appreciate a clean ROM with some really small touches on the outside. But every change they do, it's done carefully and aesthetically pleasing.

3. AOSP Extended: One of the veterans that keep going strong, and maintains that fully featured package with a solid experience. If you didn't tried it at this point... What's wrong with you?

I'm a fan of all these projects and hope some of you have a good time on their ROM. Now we'll be back to Bootleggers fun, i'll keep you all updated.

Slowly but surely, this is happening

Small update: The brokenlab is up, with the source starting slowly to have stuff, rn it just has monet and the logo working, i'll be adding the dumpster and messing with things soon now that i might get a bit more of free time. The only suggestion i might have to add is: B.Y.O.H (Bring your own HALs), and please report any issues as i'm working to get everything done. For the US people: Happy thanksgiving, and for the rest of us, We'll bring the christmas spirit on BTLG one commit at a time! Hope you have a nice day, more news to come soon.

My lavender just broke up, and the source got january merged, but I need to update things like HALs and stuff like that because i can't build to test if it's all good to push. Going to try to fix that and probably share the build with anybody that has a lavender and wants to test that build. I'll try my best to bring back the work into bootleg, sorry for being dead lately.

Update: got an used Poco M3, so I might start building for it l. Expect more things soon, and even better now that i've seen ProjectRadiant's Pitch Black theme over Monet and Drsants0's cool magisk mod for QS and that's inspiring. For now, i can say that Jan SP is merged on sambun-staging, I couldn't build to test but if anybody wants to beat me to it, you're welcome to do so? 👀

Lets bring back Shishu Themes at least for A12.

Currently our sources are somewhat updated, so, there's no need to rely on sambun-staging. You can clone the main sambun branch and get all the new changes, which are the following:
- January SP merged
- More device specific required things merged, more to come
- The return of stitchimage... well, somewhat ;)

I'm currently searching for active members to work on source stuff: From keeping things up to date to work on features and have fun in the meantime. If you want to see and learn how a ROM works in your free time, let me know! I'll send you a PM and we can work on things.

As for now I can't maintain the source as I did before, so i'm looking for people who want to help me keeping this project alive

Headsup: The july patch is on the git repos, and the offer about the bootleg members still up, reply to this if you're interested. Experienced or not, you just have to have fun and free time to work on this at your own will. I'll be working on
a) getting things up-to-date regarding new patches for compatibility with more devices
b) adding documentation in case i can't work on things by myself and also info for builders like some flags that we have or any other things like gapps implementation for builds, etc.

I'll keep everybody up to date the best I can.

Oh i forgot, I have to work on optimizing the bootanimations too lmaooo or having to do some new ones that can be compatible with monet.

There's a lot to work to do... so let's get to work.
