🪙 How much does it cost to send crypto on TON?

After the spring updates, the fee on the TON network is around 0.0005 GRAM (~$0.0007) for sending GRAM — one of the lowest fees of any blockchain.

The fee is calculated at the moment of the transaction, not in advance, and depends on several factors: the type of operation, the size of the message, and more. You'll see the exact figure on the confirmation screen right before sending.

When sending other tokens, part of the funds is temporarily reserved to cover the fee, and any excess is automatically returned to your balance 💎

That's why you'll sometimes see small simultaneous debits and credits in your transaction history specifically for token transfers.

⬛️ Connected your wallet to a sketchy site or bot?

If you typed in your 24 words when connecting, you can say goodbye to that wallet. Whoever knows your seed phrase owns your wallet. Create a new wallet right now and move everything over. Then store the phrase somewhere no one can find it.

If you connected via TON Connect, there's no need to panic — this method only shares your public address and a proof of ownership, it doesn't give the app control over your funds.

But scam sites can still trick you afterward: they'll pop up a transaction request that looks harmless, and if you approve it without checking, it can drain your wallet. That's the pattern behind most wallet drainers — get you to sign, then take everything.

❗So don't rush to approve anything right after connecting. Check the amount, the recipient, and what you're actually signing — every time. If a service feels off, just disconnect it.

2⃣ Go to Settings and find the migration section, or just tap the button under this post.

🥸 Stay alert

A name change and a live migration is exactly the moment scammers wait for.

Over the coming weeks you might come across:
— websites or bots offering to "migrate to Keeper" outside the app;
— messages about "wallet verification" or "balance confirmation" tied to the rebrand;
— requests to enter your seed phrase on a third-party site to "claim a migration bonus."

🚫 All of these are scams.

Migration only happens inside the official Keeper app, through the Settings section. We never message you first, never ask for your seed phrase, and never send links for "quick migration" through outside websites.
