If a feature is hidden in the UI do not assume it is protected
💁♂️During a test I noticed the Admin Registration option was not visible anywhere in the interface,
No button no link nothing
⚠️While inspecting the page in Chrome DevTools I found the element already exist in the DOM but hidden using CSS and JavaScript
I modified the element made it visible and triggered the action
The registration flow worked
The server accepted the request🔥
There was no proper server side authorization check🙅♂️
💁♂️The restriction existed only in the frontend

Unauthorized account registration with elevated privileges
💁♂️Hidden does not mean secure
🚨Frontend visibility is not access control
🛡Always verify authorization on the backend
