I've been told by my Treasury contractor friend that we are going before the public. I've also been told to wait for my redemption appointment and don't try to do a partial exchange at a bank when the rates appear. He was very clear that we get "one bite of this apple." When you exchange foreign currencies at a bank, they, by law, must report the exchange to the Treasury. He says that this is how they will know. I'm not telling anyone what to do because everybody's situation is different. I just wanted to share that info in case that is truly how this will be handled. I hope that helps.
