I will be joining the Department of Physics at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL this fall and moving my lab from Texas Tech University to USF. As part of this transition, my lab has two immediate postdoctoral researcher openings.

I am looking for highly motivated candidates with backgrounds in spintronic devices, magnetic sensors, magnetic thin films, micro/nanofabrication, neuromorphic computing, or related areas. The postdocs will work on developing large-array spintronic sensor platforms for in-sensor computing, with potential applications in neural cell imaging, magnetic biosensing, and bioelectromagnetic sensing.

Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV, representative publications, and contact information for 2-3 references to kaiwu@usf.edu for consideration. Good-fit candidates will be contacted for a brief interview and may be invited to submit a formal application through the official USF hiring system.
