NEW 🇺🇸 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has appointed Chief Judge Peter Antonacci as director of the newly created Election Crimes Security Office.

The appointment came after DeSantis signed an election integrity bill into law in April. The new law requires voter rolls to be reviewed and updated annually, strengthens ID requirements, increases penalties for election law violations, and created a new office to investigate election law violations. BREAKING: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joins calls for Governor Greg Abbott to declare an invasion at the Texas-Mexico Border and “get as many [illegal invaders] out of here.”

Under Article 4, Section IV of the U.S. Constitution the Federal Government has a duty to protect the states from invasion. They are failing to do so, therefore Texas has the Constitutional right to defend itself.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick also says “We’re being attacked just as we were on Pearl Harbor…” and also says what is happening at the southern border absolutely constitutes an invasion.

BREAKING: Texas Governor Greg Abbott has issued an executive order authorizing Texas DPS & TX National Guard to apprehend illegal immigrants and return them to the border. His office tells me they will be returned to ports of entry on the U.S. side, *NOT* to Mexico. In the executive order, Governor Abbott references Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees states federal protection from invasion, but Abbott does not declare an invasion at the southern border.

This is a half-ass effort by Abbott. He should be declaring an invasion because that’s exactly what it is. The Federal Government is failing to follow Article 4 Section IV of the U.S. Constitution protecting states from invasion
