Turns out they went and updated some lines referring to Seed in Trigger's Friendship Quests. Now Seed is referred to as "she" rather than "he" in English. Previously it was a mix of male or female depending on the language resulting in a lot of inconsistency.
Screenshot is from 1.6. Current updated line in 1.7 is as follows:
"Everyone in Obol Squad really likes this song. Sometimes Seed has trouble sleeping, and when I catch her during his midnight strolls, I play this song... it always helps her get to sleep."
Still forgot to change one "his" to "her" but they do appear to be changing it. Other lines were also changed to "her", this is just an example I had on hand.

Agents of the Rupture Specialty have both offensive output and survivability, specialising in dealing large amounts of damage by ignoring enemy defenses through Sheer DMG.
What is Sheer DMG?
Sheer DMG appears to be a new DMG Multiplier Type scaling off of a stat called "Sheer Force". Sheer Force will increase Sheer DMG, and a certain percentage of Rupture Agent's ATK will be converted into Sheer Force.
Sheer DMG Bonus also exists to increase the DMG Dealt by Sheer DMG. Given the internal name, I would assume Sheer DMG bypasses Enemy DEF, but I currently don't have a good idea for what Sheer DMG actually is...
New Mechanic for Rupture Agents
Rupture Agents appear to have a new mechanic called Rage. Every Rupture Agent has a base Rage Generation value, determining how much Rage they passively generate per second during combat (similar to Energy Generation currently). There also exists Rage Generation Rate, which increases the Rage generated both passively and from hitting enemies with attacks. Again, I currently don't know how this stat is used but it is handled very similarly to Energy for EX Specials.
If I figure out anything else I will post about it.

Prior google translates appear to translate "Sheer DMG" as penetration damage. To be clear, this is something completely separate from PEN Ratio and Flat PEN stats entirely.
If Sheer DMG does work how I believe it does, aka ignoring enemy DEF stat, then this would mean teammates such as Nicole's DEF Down and Rina's PEN Ratio have no effect on Sheer DMG dealt. However I will update to confirm this when I can.

The Battle Pass W-Engine also appears to be obtainable from the returnee event though? Maybe one of them will be changed since this box previously only contains craftable W-Engines...

Flinch Anomaly Findings
This is something I feel we should've found in 1.0 but oh well.
The Daze increase provided by Flinch is actually 7.5% Daze Taken, not 10% Daze Bonus as previously believed. As a result, all Daze output is multiplied by 1.075x when Flinch is active, rather than combined with sources of Daze Bonus like 4pc Shockstar or Trigger's Additional Ability.
My guess for not finding this was due to old wordings of "DMG Taken" still referring to DMG Bonus, hence no one looked further into Flinch and Assault specifically. It's not much but I wanted to document it for better understanding of the game.
As a result, the new Daze formula looks as such:
