Appears Hugo's Core Skill has changed, requiring Ice or Stun rather than Support or Stun for his Additional Ability, and his Core Passive now grants extra ATK based on the number of Stun Agents in the team. Will be able to see the full changes soon I assume.

CC Beta is currently missing Vivian's text for most languages but there are changes. Would people be interested in a stream updating the Translation Database? Not sure how long I'll go for but I wanted to update it for the CC beta regardless.

Hugo W-Engine Changes
Current CN text does not match the actual functionality. Actual description is:

CRIT DMG increases by 45% - 72%. When EX Specials, Chain Attacks and Ultimates deal Ice DMG, the equipper gains the Armor Break effect for 3s. Whilst Armor Break is active, the equipper ignores 25% - 40% of the enemy's DEF.

Typo sorry, 45% CDMG not 35%.

Hugo Core Passive Changes
"Hugo's ATK increases based on the number of Stun Agents in the team."
1 Stun Agent - +300 ATK
2 Stun Agents - +900 ATK
These values are at Core F and it does scale with Core Skill Level. Other Core Skill values appear to be unchanged I believe.

Oh sorry, these values don't stack with eachother. It is either 300 or 900, not 1200.

Hugo Core Passive Update
Hugo's Core Passive now also grants 12% CRIT Rate and 25% CRIT DMG, rather than 20% ATK and 25% CRIT DMG, in addition to the +900 ATK from 2 Stun Agents.

Translation Database v1.7.12
The Translation Database has been updated as of v1.7.12. As far as I can see, only change on Vivian was her M2. Hugo had some number increases across the board, as well as notable changes to his Core Passive and Additional Ability that currently are not reflected in his text as mentioned earlier today. His W-Engine, M1 and M4 also changed however, I am currently unsure of the latter two's accuracy so I would recommend waiting for the CN text to catch up. Enjoy!

Also Hugo enjoyers, currently getting his changes at a pretty massive buff (about a 14% increase in team dmg over last version with Lighter Lycaon). Pretty good DPS now!! Can publish the early sheet tomorrow if people would like to see.

Edit: Slight overcorrection on some buffs, still a notable increase over previous. Will publish sheet tomorrow when I'm more confident. Bigger increase right now is coming from shortening his rotation slightly vs before.

Translation Database has now been updated with the exact wording for Vivian from the CC Beta. Currently only changed her Core Passive wording slightly to make it clearer to understand. Enjoy!

Not sure why people are saying I said Ju Fufu was an A Rank, I have no evidence for that at all. As far as I know Yi Xuan could be as much of an A Rank as Ju Fufu is in your minds 😭😭😭

Translation Database v1.7.12 Official EN Text
The Translation Database has now been updated for Hugo Vlad's exact wording from the CC Beta. Some notable mentions from the previous translation:
- His M6 additionally activates the CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG effect from his Core Passive when his shooting attacks hit enemies.
- His EX Special and Ultimate are not considered Heavy Attacks.

I will check how this matters in actual gameplay at a later date, however EX and Ultimate not being Heavy Attacks may cause Trigger to not activate her Tartarus shots which would be quite annoying... Anyways, enjoy!

This isn't a leak so don't treat it as such but been discussing with friends over stuff regarding 2.0 and I'm very much expecting to see Pan Yinhu (the big panda) in 2.0 alongside Yi Xuan and Ju Fufu. If he is I'd expect to see him on Yi Xuan's banner as an A Rank but this is a big reach with no concrete evidence, only some clues... Thought it may be interesting to discuss though. We should see what's happening with drip marketing this weekend at least🔥
