I have several ideas on topics I feel the community has a lack of knowledge on that I want to talk about but content to help what the community wants is also helpful. I know I've been asking for people's feedback a lot recently but I'd like to be helpful where I can if there's topics people really want to see.

Miyabi as far as I can tell, no changes in text or multipliers. Since it's effectively the same, I'll add the actual EN text to the Translation Database later.
Current quick thoughts for now:
If you're happy playing Zhu Yuan or Ellen, you'll be happy playing Harumasa, he's quite a bit better than he was in the past.
Miyabi on the other hand seems pretty fucking busted 😭 to the point that Lighter + Lucy looks really really good with her just because the amount of buffs results in her killing everything with ease. Yanagi is still a great teammate for her alternatively too for more attacks overall and her own damage in exchange for buffing Miyabi less.

Updated Harumasa Calcs 1.4.12
I've updated my Harumasa calcs to account for the 1.4.12 changes. Compared to last version, if you were doing Dash Cancel tech to spam his EDA1 like I was, it's about a 4% nerf. If you weren't then it's a slight buff overall.
I also fixed some issues with my Zhu Yuan calcs (essentially forgot to remove Qingyi sig buff in terms of increase). With that, the gap closes quite a bit. He's still a bit behind her but it's close enough that he's around 1.0 limited power levels roughly. Should have no problems with him, he's just not the next shiny "Top DPS in the game!!" Hope that helps ease some concerns.

Not sure why people think I suddenly called Yanagi bad here? To clarify again as I did in comments, Lighter + Lucy performs quite a bit better in game than I expected it to, to the point that I'd say it is on par with Yanagi + Lycaon.
Keep in mind Astra isn't out yet but both teams are very good, it's not a competition on who's favourite is a better teammate when they're comparable.

1.4.12 Miyabi Frostburn Break and Mindscape Clarifications
Retesting in game and double checking the file I'm retracting this statement. The Frostburn Break DMG is not subject to a cooldown but the +1 Frostfall stack is. The misconception arose from reapplying Frost Freeze to an enemy already affected by Frost Freeze. This meant that they were still affected by Frostburn, resulting in Frostburn Break not retriggering.
Mindscape 1 also doesn't remove any CD tied to Frostburn Break due to the CD not actually existing. M1 allows her to wipe the Frostburn status with her EBA3, resulting in her being able to trigger Frostburn Break without Disordering away the original Frostburn status.
Additionally, when the Frostburn status is removed with M1, "the Attribute Anomaly Buildup Rate of all teammates increases by 20% for 10s." Due to Miyabi's original 20% buildup rate buff being tied to her Frostburn status, this is not a total of 40% buildup rate for teammate, but allows the original 20% buildup to persist for an additional 10 seconds.

Decided to recheck some things and it appears there are some changes to the Decibel Gain from triggering Attribute Anomalies and Disorders. These are now dependant on the enemy's rank.
For Attribute Anomaly / Disorder respectively:
Normal: 35 / 15
Elite: 125 / 65
Boss: 170 / 85
As far as I'm aware, none of the other previously mentioned Decibel Gain effects have changed.

Frost Attribute Anomaly Aura Duration Difference
A few people mentioned it to me already but yes, Miyabi's Frostbite from her Frost Attribute Anomaly lasts for 20s by default rather than the usual 10s. When paired with her
With 20s remaining, her Frost Disorder MV reaches 2100%. For comparison, Burnice's 13s Burn Disorder MV reaches 1750% and Yanagi's 10s Shock Disorder MV reaches 1700%.
TLDR: Miyabi even stronger than we expected by dealing more Disorder DMG than normal Ice Agents.
