Ok Harumasa is VERY unfinished (like quite literally missing animations and Decibel generation) LMAO. Won't be looking into him much for the time being.
Translation Database v1.4.1
The Translation Database is updated for Miyabi as of v1.4.1. I'm aware Yanagi and Lighter are still outdated and I'll get to those when I have some more free time in a few days. I'll do Harumasa when he's actually functional lmfao.

Currently, Miyabi and Harumasa's weapon passives do not exist, both in Textmap descriptions or a file indicating their functionality. Aside from that, enjoy!

1.4 Ultimate Changes
As of version 1.4, all characters have separate Decibel Meters and characters generate different amounts of Decibels for themselves and teammates.
- When an Ultimate is ready, a small Ultimate icon will appear next to the character's Energy Meter.
- There appears to be no cooldown on using Ultimates nor is there any changes to Ultimate Decibel cost.
- There are now new effects such as Miyabi's 4th Mindscape which grants only her 250 Decibels when Frostburn - Break is triggered.
- I am currently unsure of how off-field Decibel Gain is split. However, all characters now have a 2nd Decibel Gain value equal to ~1.285x their original Decibel Gain value.
About the Frost Attribute
The Frost Attribute will calculate damage and buff effects based on the Ice Attribute, dealing Frost DMG while accumulating Frost Anomaly Buildup to the enemy, which will then trigger Freeze and apply the Frostbite effect.
The Freeze effect is able to immobilize the target for a period of time.
The Shatter effect will be triggered when the Freeze effect ends, interrupting the enemy's actions and dealing Frost DMG.
The Frostbite effect increases the CRIT DMG dealt to the target for a period of time.

Additional Information
It is stated in Miyabi's Core Passive, however Freeze, Shatter and Frostbite triggered by Frost can Disorder with all other Attribute Anomalies, including Ice.

There were some updates regarding Pulchra. Although some may still be placeholder data, the bolded entries were updated.

A few Miyabi clarifications since people appear to be confused

1. Yanagi's Polarity Disorder will trigger Miyabi's Additional Ability for +3 Frostfall stacks. (Polarity Disorder is no different from a regular Disorder).
2. Miyabi's Core Passive Frostburn - Break is coded similarly to abilities such as Jane M6, Seth M6 and Ben M2. As a result, it uses the CRIT Formula not the Anomaly Formula.
3. Frost is a new Attribute that acts exactly like Ice. Its Anomaly effects deal the exact same damage and work in the same way. However, as it is a different Attribute, Frost and Ice can Disorder together.
4. Miyabi only applies Frost Buildup, she does not apply Ice Buildup as well.
Additional Findings Regarding Miyabi's Charged Attack and Disorder Daze
After some extra confirmation with others, we have concluded two things:
1. Miyabi's Basic Attack: Frost Moon currently appears to be a Special Skill dealing Special Attack DMG.

2. Contrary to the 300% I mentioned previously, Disorder Daze Multiplier is 200% with a Level Coefficient of (1 + 0.0075 * Level). At Level 60, this Level Coefficient will be 1.45.

Multiplying the 200% MV and 1.45 Level Coeff would give 290%, explaining the 300% previously obtained through testing. Thank you very much Mero and 666bj respectively!
Enemy Base HP and Base Max Daze Increase
In version 1.4, a lot of enemies will have their Base HP and Base Max Daze increased, most likely due to the Ultimate changes. I only went through a handful but my average is barely changing at this point.
Enemy HP appears to have increased anywhere from 6 - 14%.
Enemy Daze appears to have increased anywhere from 20 - 27.5%.
For people worrying about these HP changes, they would've slowly happened in Shiyu/other modes regardless. Shiyu HP is already 50% higher than the enemy's base level and sometimes have 20% higher Base Daze too. All Shiyu in 1.4 have 60% extra HP on top.

I personally feel the HP pools before were noticably too low so even with the Ultimate changes, I'm hoping this makes enemies noticably tankier.
Good god people selling leaks now? Trying to make money off files that don't even belong to you... Go buy 3 copies of Mario Party Jamboree instead...
Although I don't agree with selling files for the price of a recently released video game, if people wanted to support your work a donation link would suffice in my opinion. Obviously a little cash on the side is nice for doing work but I'd rather people support me because they like what I do, rather than lock content behind a pay wall, especially if it was something that didn't belong to me.
Hope this teaches people not to blindly believe every "leak" that gets posted. Congrats for scamming someone out of £36-46... Appalling...

Additional Decibel Clarifications
As of 1.4, every character's Decibel Gain has been buffed by ~1.285x. On-field characters gain 100% of the attack's Decibels, whereas off-field characters gain 50% of that attack's Decibels.

Compared to the current Decibel Gain:
On-field Decibel Gain: ~128.5%
Off-field Decibel Gain: ~64.25%

Additional Decibel Gain effects such as "Attribute Anomaly", "Interrupt", "Chain Attack" etc also follow this split. The Decibel Gain from these effects has not been buffed.

For people wanting to convert the values accurately, the new Decibel value for all characters is exactly 1.2850467289719626168224299065421x higher than before.
Before even more dooming starts, I personally don't think it's that bad for characters like Zhu Yuan, Anton and Corin. Their first Ultimate will be slower, however their second Ultimate onwards will now be faster. I don't expect most speedruns to keep killing in 1 rotation with these characters in future so I'd say this is a fine change honestly and is not a "massive nerf" as people may assume.

Main "Burst Char" that gets hit by this in my opinion is Billy. Although he does benefit how the previous three do, he spends noticeably less time on-field after his Ultimate and really wants to kill with the 1st Ult and be done with it. However I have seen runs using Billy on-field quite a bit more so he's still gonna be playable fine.
