🌅Good Evening all, Excited to share that Role Modelling Activity for Female GC Students was conducted this morning at JUCAVM :
Funded and inspired by AWARD in collaboration with gender Office and CEED Office , JUCAVM
Mrs, Zera Kadir (Instructor and AWARD fellow) shared her experience to empower female graduate class (GC) students at JUCAVM by strengthening their confidence, leadership potential, and career aspirations in agricultural sciences.
👉Major Activities like: Sharing practical career journey, including challenges and achievements, interactive discussion on students’ life goals and career plans, Explaining some of gender-related challenges and opportunities in science such as: Balancing academic and personal responsibilities, Limited female representation in leadership for role modelling, Encouraged goal setting and proactive career planning,👉 some practical career development tips (CV building, communication, leadership, and scholarship opportunities).
