Value Proposition:

Ontology is a blockchain/distributed ledger network which combines a distributed identity system, distributed data exchange, distributed data collaboration, distributed procedure protocols, distributed communities, distributed attestation, and various industry-specific modules. Together this builds the infrastructure for a peer-to-peer trust network which is cross-chain, cross-system, cross-industry, cross-application, and cross-device.

Ontology and its distributed ledgers use a decoupled architecture that can support multiple blockchains and traditional IT systems as the underlying layer. At the ledger level there is a distributed ledger framework with smart contact support and customization for different scenarios. At the application level there are multiple modules and protocols for specific business processes to improve the scalability and flexibility of the entire architecture.

Ontology was launched by OnChain, a private company founded by DaHongFei and Erik Zhang who are the founders of NEO.

Progress:

One major goal of OnChain is to work with the Chinese government and businesses. By developing ONT while receiving their advice, the developers can make decisions on the product to make it immediately useful and acceptable in the real world. This is key. Developing a product first, then trying to get it in shape
for government and business, often results in failure. They did it the other way round. This is a major step
forward in NEO's vision of a smart economy. The interesting part is that ONT produces a passive income in
Ontology GAS (ONG), this could be a force that drives the price up and the very exerienced team and well
thought out concept makes this a very good investment mid-term.

Okay, although I'm proud we reached 6xxx levels I predicted, I know a lot of you are waiting on my btc update... 6k levels are still attractive. Although I put my tether in bnb — simply because I think it won't drop faster than the bnb will spike, and if it spikes, it will be hard to rebuy with tether then. No updates now from me because I don't have a conclusion. And I only post when I have something that gives you an EDGE.

Our lab looks like this at the moment (dirty version): we see 7500 level as next bigger stop, we see divided public between up and down, whales we have no clue at the moment what they want to do, and we are protecting ourselves against the danger of btc rising. Consider bnb instead of tether. It's a weird call because BNB will fall if btc falls, but also I expect it to recover quickly in the next 10 days so that it makes our best holding now.
