1. Strict Direct Management Control
Tutors are strictly prohibited from having any direct financial, scheduling, contractual, or other employment-related arrangements with the parents of students.
Any payment, work arrangement, schedule change, or complaint must be handled exclusively through QUALITY TUTOR management.
The tutor's sole responsibility is to provide the assigned teaching and learning services with quality and professionalism.
2. Guaranteed & Official Payment
There shall be absolutely no process whereby tutors negotiate or request payment directly from parents.
When tutors fulfill their professional responsibilities effectively and honestly, their payment will be made on time according to the agreed contract, directly through QUALITY TUTOR and deposited into an official bank account.
3. Internal Career Advancement
Tutors who perform their duties with honesty, quality, commitment, and high ethical standards will have priority opportunities to advance within the organization.
Potential advancement opportunities include:
- Coordinator positions
- Team Leader positions
- Other higher-level management and responsibility positions
4. Top Performer Awards
At the end of the academic year, three (3) outstanding tutors who have brought remarkable academic and personal/psychological improvements to their students will receive special recognition from the organization.
The awards may include:
- Special financial rewards
- Material/gift awards
- Certificate of Competence/Achievement
5. Strict Legal & Disciplinary Accountability
Compliance with the institution's laws, rules, and regulations is mandatory.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to make a private or unauthorized agreement with parents behind the institution's management;
- Violating the organization's confidential information or official operational procedures;
- Demonstrating dishonesty, misconduct, or failure to meet professional ethical standards.
