Nel mio prompt Bash uso un'espansione esotica per determinare se l'utente ha effettivamente inserito un comando, oppure se sta premendo invio a vuoto (in tal caso sposto il cursore su sovrascrivendo la riga):

x='\#'; echo "${x@P}"

\# viene espanso come fosse in PS1 restituendo il numero del comando.

Dalla versione 5.3.0 di Bash hanno cambiato il numero del primo prompt da 0 a 1, rompendo il controllo sul secondo prompt...

Anzi è proprio un bug di Bash... al secondo comando non viene incrementato..!

Non ho voglia di aprire un ticket a Bash... questo workaround funziona per tutte le versioni

In aggiunta si è "rotto" anche il mio HTTP Hook, perché usa dunstify (funziona con qualsiasi daemon di notifiche) e in questo c'è una regressione
