We would like to sincerely apologise for the printing issues and size discrepancy with WAU! Nusantara merch. We understand that many of you were looking forward to receiving your items, and we truly regret that the outcome did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, there were issues during the supplier’s production process which resulted in these printing errors and sizing inconsistencies.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are currently in the midst of rectifying the issue with the vendor and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We will keep you updated, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. 🤍
