Dr. Woodcock, there has been a great deal of confusion regarding the accuracy of vaccine information, resulting in heightened concerns regarding their safety. Per Sec. 3024 of 21st Century CARES Act, the American people’s right to informed consent under an EUA vaccine is not required.

There are too many blatant violations of human rights that Sec. 3024 enable, including crimes against humanity. I believe after 18-months of nonsensical lockdowns, mask wearing, social distancing, and now the dangerously aggressive emergence of vaccine mandates, at a minimum, the American people have a right to know what is in the Pfizer BioNTech EUA and BLA COVID-19 ‘vaccines.’

When I use the term ‘mRNA virus’ I am referring to a GOF virus that is made from synthetically created codes (more than just base nucleotides in some cases, ie mRNA GQDs) from the mRNA technology. I don’t mean that a virus is made of messenger RNA. That makes no sense.
When Dr. Malone says he invented mRNA technology, I assume he doesn’t mean he invented messenger RNA itself or that his mRNA technology is made of mRNA.
Hope this clarifies any confusion.
