Footprinting Through Social Networking Site's is called Social Engineering.

This Trick is used to gather information from different Social Networking site's , Messengers etc.

Social Networking Site's has made quite easy to find someone, and get to know someone, including its Basic personal information as well as some sensitive information as well.

Example of Social Engineering is can be finding someone on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

Social Networking is not only a source of Enjoy, but it also connect people Personally and professionally,
Searching for people or an Organization brings much information such as Photos, location , contact details , friend list and more

Let's Me Give You Simple Example :-

What Users Do ?
People maintain their Profile.


What User Provide information?
1. Photos.
2. Contact Details.
3. Relationship Status.
4. Date Of Birth [Personal information]
5. Location.
6. Work Details.


What attacker Gets ?
1. That all things is Enough for attacker. To trace or hack someone.
