Dua Tawassul:
It is the name for various supplications in Shia Islam although there exists one more well-known Dua with the same name. This prominent supplication has been written in the book of Bihar al-Anwar. The Shi'ites within Iran recite it altogether in religious places on Tuesday eves.
Meaning Of Tawassul:
Tawassul is regarded among the teachings of Shia Islam and most of Muslims, which means to make to take hold of somebody or something that is in a high rank before Allah, and its purpose is getting near to Him and also granting the requests.
Source of Dua:
Dua Tawassul which is mentioned in Mafatih al-Janan originates from the book of Bihar al-Anwar. Mohammad-Baqer Majlesi mentions that: "I found this dua in an old manuscript which was written by one of our companions, and it is quoted that: Muhammad ibn Babawayh has narrated this dua from Imams, and for whatever request I recited it, it was granted right away."
Benefits of Dua Tawassul:
Shaykh Tusi says, in his book Misbah, that imam Hassan bin Ali Al Askari wrote this dua'a for Abu Muhammad who requested him to teach him the proper way of reciting salawat. Allama Majlisi has mentioned this dua'a on the authority of Ibn babawayh who confidently says that there is no difficulty or problem that this dua'a does not solve.
The merciful Allah is beseeched in the name of and for the sake of the Holy prophet and his Ahl ul Bayt.
It is known as "quick-fulfillment-of-all-legitimate-desires" dua'a.

يَا فَاطِمَةُ ٱلزَّهْرَاءُ
O Fatima Zahra,
يَا بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ
O daughter of Muhammad,
يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ ٱلرَّسُولِ
O Joy to the eye of the Prophet,
يَا سَيِّدَتَنَاوَمَوْلاَتَنَا
O our chief, O our master,
إِنَّا تَوَجَّهْنَا وَٱسْتَشْفَعْنَا
We turn towards thee, seek thy intercession
وَتَوَسَّلْنَا بِكِ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ
and advocacy before Allah,
وَقَدَّمْنَاكِ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَاجَاتِنَا
we put before you our open need,

يَا سَادَتِي وَمَوَالِيَّ
O our chiefs , O our masters
إِنِّي تَوَجَّهْتُ بِكُمْ
I turn to Allah through you,
ائِمَّتِي وَعُدَّتِي
O my Imams, my supporters
لِيَوْمِ فَقْرِي وَحَاجَتِي إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ
on the days of my destitution,
وَتَوَسَّلْتُ بِكُمْ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ
I seek your advocacy before Allah,
وَٱسْتَشْفَعْتُ بِكُمْ إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ
I request you to speak in my favour before Allah,
فَٱشْفَعُوا لِي عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ
obtain pardon for me from Allah,
وَٱسْتَنْقِذُونِي مِنْ ذُنُوبِي عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ
and deliver me from my sins,
فَإنَّكُمْ وَسيلَتِي إِلَىٰ ٱللَّهِ
through my love of you and nearness to you,
وَبِحُبِّكُمْ وَبِقُرْبِكُمْ ارْجُو نَجَاةً مِنَ ٱللَّهِ فَكُونُوا عِنْدَ ٱللَّهِ رَجَائِي
obtain deliverance (for me) from Allah

O my chiefs, O close friends of Allah,
صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ اجْمَعينَ
may Allah bless all of you,

and curse the enemies of Allah who have oppressed you
مِنَ ٱلاوَّلِينَ وَٱلآخِرِينَ
from the first of them, till the last,
آمِينَ رَبَّ ٱلْعَالَمينَ

A court in Bahrain sentenced a man to three years in prison for burning an ‘Israeli’ flag, local media reported Monday.
The Supreme Court of Appeal refused to hear a petition from the Bahraini man, who was convicted of allegedly organizing an illegal gathering and rioting, among other charges.
At a pro-Palestinian demonstration last May, the defendant along with 10 other people blocked streets at the entrance to the village of Abu Saiba by setting a fire in the middle of the road and then burning an ‘Israeli’ flag, Bahraini media reported.
Several local news outlets noted that the sentencing sparked outrage among dozens of Bahrainis on social media, who accused their government of seeking to appease the Zionist entity amid Manama’s warming ties with the Tel Aviv regime.
Though only two Arab states, Egypt and Jordan are publicly normalizing ties with the Zionist entity, there has been an opening with Bahrain and other Gulf states in recent years.
