Responsibilities:
— prepare proposals. Develop compelling influencer marketing proposals for DTC brands. Participate in pitch meetings with clients and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns;
— influencer recruitment. Manage and grow influencer and blogger network database including establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers;
— influencer communication. Coordinate with influencers and bloggers on their requirements, timeline, and deliverable;
— administrative support. Provide administrative assistance, including preparing campaign briefs, service agreements, post-campaign reports, invoices, and other related documents;
— social media management. Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely uploads on Instagram and TikTok. This involves planning content themes, producing content, scheduling posts, and organizing content in a strategic manner to maximize engagement and reach;
— ad-hoc assistance work.
Requirements:
— currently a graduate or student pursuing a degree in marketing or a related field. A strong interest in influencer marketing and digital advertising is preferred;
— proficiency in English, written and spoken;
— highly-organized and detail-oriented mindset;
— excellent communication and presenting skills;
— able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
— strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
