— cooperation with Consultants and clients in projects;
— market research to identify potential candidates with the right skills required according to profile of positions in work;
— search and head-hunting of relevant candidates for positions (from Top to Mid-level positions: CEO, COO, SVP, VP, Director and Senior Managers, etc.);
— cold calls to candidates;
— conducting first phone interviews with candidates and giving feedback when necessary;
— arranging interviews and managing negotiations with both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
— fluent English and Russian (oral, written);
— strong analytical and communication skills;
— energetic, active, reliable person.
