The Tariffs were put into place in 2018… and never terminated.

Then how come the “Biden / Harris Administration” with Democratic Control of House and Senate from 2021–2023 did not terminate those Tariffs?

The Trade Acts of 1962 and 1974 more than clearly outline Presidential Authority for Tariffs.

“Joe” continued 8 Executive Orders with 8 National Emergencies invoked and declared by President Trump signed from 2017 to 2020, that would have automatically terminated in 2 years after their declaration.

Those 8 EOs with 8 National Emergencies are what’s deporting illegal migrants, DOGE, taking back the Panama Canal, exposing stock and trader fraud, combatting all forms of human rights abuse, eliminating all Law-fare and election interference, combating opioids, drugs, and combatting all forms of trafficking, etc.

The past 9 years via current and invoked Laws and Orders more than clearly outline a Strategic and Special Operation, all LAWFUL.
