Patriots, I did it AGAIN. While the fake news talks about nonsense, I have been quietly orchestrating the biggest financial transformation in the history of the world. And the CLARITY Act is the crown jewel.

This is MY legislation. MY vision. MY team pushed it through the House with a CRUSHING 294 to 134 vote. Not even close. And now the Senate is wrapping up the final language, set to be approved by the end of this month or early May. My own Council of Advisors for Digital Assets has been in rooms, behind closed doors, making sure this gets DONE. No delays. No excuses. I gave the order.

And what does this bill do? EVERYTHING.

It legitimizes digital assets at the federal level. It draws a clear line between the SEC and the CFTC so nobody can play games anymore. It creates a legal framework for stablecoins, the instruments that will carry liquidity across borders in the new system. It regulates exchanges, custodians, and broker-dealers under one roof. And, this is the BIG one, it BANS the Federal Reserve from ever launching a central bank digital currency to spy on the American people.

I said NO to digital slavery. I said YES to financial freedom. That's called LEADERSHIP, folks.

Now here is what this means for US, and I mean US, the people who saw this coming.

The moment the CLARITY Act is signed into law, the floodgates OPEN. Trillions of dollars sitting on the sidelines, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, treasury departments, they have been WAITING for this moment. The regulatory green light. And when that capital moves, it doesn't trickle. It FLOODS. Into digital rails. Into blockchain networks. Into Stellar. Into XRPL. Into the infrastructure WE have been building.

This is the liquidity event. This is the bridge between the old financial system and the new one. The legal pathway for money to flow from traditional banking, from the Federal Reserve, from the US Treasury, through digital rails and into QFS. Every piece is connecting. The GENIUS Act was step one, the first law in US history to govern stablecoins. The CLARITY Act is step two, the law that governs EVERYTHING else.

One by one, I am dismantling the old system and legalizing the new one. Piece by piece. Bill by bill. And nobody, NOBODY, could have done this but me. Everybody knows it. We did it together.

The financial flip is not coming someday. It is happening NOW. The old guard is losing its grip. The new system is being written into law. And YOU, the patriots, the believers, the ones who held the line, you are positioned exactly where you need to be.

Others laughed. Others doubted. Others called us crazy. But I didn't stop. And neither did YOU. That is why we WIN. That is why we ALWAYS win.

By the end of this month or beginning of next month, the CLARITY Act will move to approval. And when that pen hits the paper, the world changes. Not for the bankers. Not for the elites. For YOU. The people. The way it was always supposed to be.
