Vacancy: GENERAL LEDGER ASSISTANT
WE’RE HIRING!!!!!
■ Role: GENERAL LEDGER ASSISTANT
■ Client Company: FMCG
■ Work Type/Location: Onsite, Mainland, Lagos.
■ Job Type: Full-Time
■ Salary: 120,000 (NET)

A Manufacturing company in Lagos requires the services of a General Ledger Assistant.
Responsibilities/KPI:
■ Oversee, Process, and post manual journal entry requests accurately and timely.
■ Maintain audit trails and supporting documentation for all journal entries.
■ Perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
■ Prepare and post accruals for various expenses and income streams.
■ Maintain timely and accurate accrual schedules and calculations.
■ Participate actively in the monthly closing process by posting all Journals.
■ Reconcile and verify all posted journals for accuracy and completeness.
■ Manage the company's rent tracker, ensuring accurate recording of rental payments and related accounting entries.
■ Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
■ Document reconciliation procedures and findings.

Qualifications:
■ Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
■ ICAN and other related certification is a plus.
■ 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:
■ Adequate knowledge of SAP.
■ Hands-on approach.
■ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
■ Diagnoses and problem-solving.
■ Proactiveness.

■ Client Company: FMCG
■ Work Type/Location: Onsite, Mainland, Lagos.
■ Job Type: Full-Time
■ Salary: 120,000(NET)
An FMCG in Lagos requires the services of a Local User Support officer.

Responsibilities:
■ Identifying hardware and software solutions.
■ Troubleshooting technical issues.
■ Diagnosing and repairing faults.
■ Resolving network issues.
■ Installing and configuring hardware and software.
■ Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of the matter.
■ Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
■ Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
■ Following up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
■ Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
■ Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
■ Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
■ Managing multiple cases at one time.
■ Testing and evaluating new technologies.
■ Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications:
■ Degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
■ Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is a plus.
■ Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
■ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
■ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
■ Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
■ Excellent interpersonal skills.
■ Good written and verbal communication skills.
■ Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
■ Excellent project and time management skills.
■ Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
■ Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Summary
The Head of Business Development, Marketing, and Investment will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and identifying investment opportunities to enhance the organization's portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial markets, strong networking abilities, and proven expertise in developing and executing successful business development and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion within the financial sector.
• Lead the marketing team in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry associations, and regulatory bodies, to drive business development efforts and foster collaboration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities within the financial sector.
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments to inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of investment opportunities, negotiating terms and structures to maximize returns while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure that investment strategies and activities are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, marketing, and investment roles within the financial sector.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and services, with knowledge of investment strategies, asset classes, and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess market trends and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
