• Владеть продуктовым видением, стратегией и роадмапом 10arx целиком
• Постоянно разговаривать с трейдерами - понимать их workflow, боль, edge; превращать это в четкие продуктовые решения
• Приоритизировать жестко: решать, что строим, что убиваем и почему
• Работать руками с инженерной командой - писать детальные спеки, ревьюить флоу, участвовать в шипинге

Эта роль не укладывается в классический PM. Здесь на пересечении трёх вещей:
1️⃣ Product - чувствуешь рынок, расставляешь приоритеты, пишешь спеки, шипишь фичи вместе с командой
2️⃣ Growth - живешь с юзерами: сидишь в их чатах, смотришь как они торгуют, собираешь фидбек и на следующий день это уже в продукте. Думаешь воронками, retention cohorts, метриками до и после каждого релиза

🚀 Что предстоит делать
• Владеть продуктовым видением, стратегией и роадмапом 10arx целиком
• Постоянно разговаривать с трейдерами - понимать их workflow, боль, edge; превращать это в четкие продуктовые решения
• Приоритизировать жестко: решать, что строим, что убиваем и почему
• Работать руками с инженерной командой - писать детальные спеки, ревьюить флоу, участвовать в шипинге
• Выстраивать систему продуктовых метрик с нуля: retention, activation, engagement, revenue impact - и принимать решения на их основе
• Находить рыночные возможности и gaps, которые конкуренты ещё не увидели
🛠 Кого ищем
• 5+ лет опыта в product management с фокусом на этот рынок (крипто / финтех / трейдинг / AI fintech)
• Есть опыт запуска продукта с 0 - не только развития существующего
• В портфеле есть high grossing проекты с доказанным product-market fit - метрики retention, revenue или роста, которые ты можешь показать и объяснить
• Работал на ранней стадии (seed / pre-seed) - понимаешь разницу между "делаем правильно" и "делаем быстро и проверяем"

Эта роль не укладывается в классический PM. Здесь на пересечении трёх вещей:
1️⃣ Product - чувствуешь рынок, расставляешь приоритеты, пишешь спеки, шипишь фичи вместе с командой
2️⃣ Growth - живешь с юзерами: сидишь в их чатах, смотришь как они торгуют, собираешь фидбек и на следующий день это уже в продукте. Думаешь воронками, retention cohorts, метриками до и после каждого релиза

🔹What you'll need:
-Extensive experience in PR and communications, with at least 3 years of deep immersion in the blockchain and crypto landscape
-Ability to translate complex technical concepts (such as Layer 2 scaling) into accessible narratives for various audiences
-Established network of media contacts within the Web3 space and mainstream business/tech press
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility in tone and format

-операционный менеджмент экспертной команды
взаимодействие с командами ИТ-поддержки, бизнес-аналитиками, разработчиками и владельцами продуктов, представителями регуляторов, оказание консультаций по вопросам кибербезопасности
подготовка требований кибербезопасности (как концептуальных, так и детализированных) к новым АС, технологиям, процессам, продуктам
-анализ концептуальных архитектур проектов по разработке и модификации автоматизированных систем
