Reaktiv insonlarning alomatlari:
- harakatlari oqibatini ko'ra olmay ish qilish;
- o'z xatosini o'ylab ko'rmay birovni ayblash;
- nizoli vaziyatlarda shovqinlab ketish;
- konfliktli va noxush holatlarga bio, profil rasmlar qo'yish;
- ijtimoiy tarmoqda har bir bahs-munozarali yangilik yoyish va unga nisbatan keskin fikrlar bildirish;
- kommentlarda negativ hujumlar qilish va boshqalar.

Proaktiv insonlar esa:
- reja qilish;
- voqea natijasini avvaldan taxmin qilib ko'rish;
- muammolarni oldini olishga harakat qilish;
- vaziyatga keskin reaksiya qilishdan qochish;
- muammoni hal etish;
- uning effektini kamaytirishga intilishga harakat qiladilar.

Qaysi biri bo'lishni tanlash o'zimizning qaror.
Harakatlarimiz kimligimizni belgilaydi.
