Lawsuit Drops Bombshell on FDA's Orwellian Lie About Ivermectin

In a massive win for truth and medical freedom, the FDA has to remove ALL social media content and consumer advisories on ivermectin usage.

Dr. McCullough previously said that the FDA should be sued for misleading the public by spreading misinformation on Ivermectin's ability to treat COVID-19 – causing unnecessary deaths.

Now, it's happening.

The complaint cites U.S. law, including the provision that the FDA “may not interfere with the authority of a health care provider to prescribe or administer any legally marked device to a patient for any condition or disease within a legitimate health care practitioner-patient relationship.”

Dr. Bowden, one of the plaintiffs in this lawsuit, writes:

"FDA loses its war on ivermectin and agrees to remove all social media posts and consumer directives regarding ivermectin and COVID, including its most popular tweet in FDA history. This landmark case sets an important precedent in limiting FDA overreach into the doctor-patient relationship."

Missouri AG files suit against Media Matters for non-cooperation in X ad manipulation case - THE POST MILLENNIAL

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed a petition for order to enforce civil investigative demand on Monday over Media Matters’ work to push advertisers to remove ads from X.

The order is similar to a subpoena, according to Fox News, and will force Media Matters to turn over documentation related to Bailey’s investigation into the nonprofit’s alleged fraudulent business practices.

The “Ban TikTok Act” or as I like to call it more accurately “Patriot Act 2.0” has just passed the House in an OVERWHELMING MAJORITY, 352-65.

ByteDance has 6 Months to find a “divestment plan” or it will be BANNED.

As I mentioned, if this bill passes and is subsequently signed into law, which Joe Biden said he would do, then that would be the END of internet freedom and anonymity in America.

EVERYONE needs to wrap their mind tightly around the fact that this bill has NOTHING to do with TikTok. That argument about TikTok being used as a way for the CCP to “spy on Americans” or “inject harmful content into our children” is nothing more than a TROJAN HORSE.

The REAL reason for this bill, it’s in the fine print, is that this gives the Government free rein to BAN ANY APP OR WEBSITE IT WANTS. Also, the ability to use a VPN to protect your privacy.

I would rather the CCP spy on me than my own Government say what I can, and cannot look at on the internet. 💯
