PRAYER
Heavenly Father, during this Holy season we are reminded of the hope, joy, and abundant life You have graciously given us through Your one and only Son. Thank You for His flawless life, His willingness to suffer and die for us, and His mighty resurrection from the grave. We stand in awe of Your mercy and grace. May our lives radiate deep gratitude for this priceless gift.
We pray that You fill our hearts and souls and strengthen us as we spread the Good News of what You have done. We praise You and thank You, in the powerful name of the Savior of the world, Your greatest gift to humankind, the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
"The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:9-12 (NIV)

If hosting friends this holiday season who are still "asleep" about political, media, pharma corruption and tyranny, what is the best video as their first "red pill" to start waking them up, assuming time for only one?

Exciting times, friends!
A few days ago, unexpected to those of us who run the Jeff.pro channel, the popular Linux website distrowatch.com discovered our new Linux distro, CNIX.
Since that time, CNIX has been downloaded by more than 10,000 new users.
What a way to end the year! ๐๐คฃ

Given that I'm running the latest version of Mint... Is there any reason I should be considering moving to CNIX?

No. You're fine on mint.
CNIX is in a very early release version. Give it a few versions to improve and stabilize and work out any glitches.
It works fine at the moment but it will get better with each release version. We will tell everyone about progress over time.
A year from now, it should be great!

If your computers are dependent on "big tech" Operating Systems like Microsoft Windows, MacOS or others, you have already lost all control.
Sorry. It makes some people angry, defensive, or otherwise uncomfortable to face that reality. There's this realization that to take control of their digital lives, they're going to have to make changes, or do something about it -- that's what they really don't like. And, understandably so.
Don't shoot the messenger.
If your computers run "big tech" Operating Systems, so many changes are being introduced through forced updates, system upgrades, and so forth, you can't possibly imagine you're in control of your digital world any more.
You're being dragged along in to the new dystopian future of mandatory "cloud computing" and "artificial intelligence" that analyzes, tracks and agregates absolutley everything you do on your computer, whether you like it or not.
The Jeff.pro channel was launched more than two years ago to help you learn how to avoid all of this, by switching to alternative systems for your computers that will preserve your ability to participate in modern society, without dragging you in to digital dystopia.
Yes, it requires some hands on participation, some learning, some changes, to learn. Alas. This is our reality. The world around us continues to change. How much effort we make to preserve and protect our own interests in all areas of our lives, is a personal decision.
For those who choose to "do nothing", and go along with it, well ... that's your decision too.

With all due respect, I think "aligned AI" will prove to be an important concept for the future with some degree of priority. No disagreement there. We will have plenty of time to build and tune those, and learn more about it in the future.
You know what's even more important, arguably, for our technology, today, right now?
Taking back control over our systems, software and personal information, unplugging from the big-tech "cloud", freezing our own technology at a point in time where we control it, not the machines, and definitely not some remote "overlord" in Davos or D.C. ...
That affects us right now, every hour of every day. Super urgent.

The best thing about the great awakening is watching the turd whittlers point the finger at themselves.
We just poke them a little and their clock spring starts unwinding. We turn them into red pill factories and watch them pump out the goods.
They are like children forced to defend themselves by talking about uncomfortable things in language that clearly exposes them as liars.
The machine has never had to answer for their lies. Nobody had the guts or the inside knowledge to challenge the narratives. Nobody of consequence was looking all that hard.
Now the statist media has lost much of its audience and those that remain have lost much of their trust. They turn to us, and independent journalists for the truth. As Tucker says, "the corporate media is dead." He stops short of pointing out that we have killed it, but we have.
I watch daily as the wheels come off so many narratives, people jump willlingly and publicly into their own self-created cesspools and boomerangs fly back to bash the creeps in their petulant, dishonest melons.
The machine is set on self-destruct mode and there is no cancel button.
In case you weren't paying attention, this is what winning looks like in an information war. It is a beautiful thing to watch.
Stay comfy.
