If you grew up in the 1980’s, chances are your school may have had a room full of Apple 2 computers like this.

During that time, Apple would give away computers to schools, as a marketing tactic. Many of the first school “computer labs” in American history were built from these give-aways.

In the early 1990’s, Apple made one of the first PDA’s (Personal Digital Assistant), the “Newton.” These are truly rare to see. They were sold from 1993 to 1999 but are hard to find these days.

Many believe the low power consumption and chip sets used in the newton suggest it was a predecessor device to the Apple iPhone which is a valid theory: It is documented how at one point Qualcomm tried to persuade Apple to put a Qualcomm radio into the newton.

Bonus: Steve Jobs hated the newton, so there must have been something good about it!

Today I would like to express thanks to Kanekoa @KanekoaTheGreat, Ron Watkins @CodeMonkeyZ, and Pepe Deluxe @PepeDeluxed, who helped bring awareness to this Telegram channel when it was first launched in mid-2021 and thereafter. Thanks also to @VigilantFox.

Loving Father, we praise Your holy name. Thank you for Your true wisdom. Thank you for teaching us what really matters—that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Thanks to You, we understand that the enemy attacks us in ways that are deceptive. You taught us how he tries to trick us by leading us into some kind of temptation or thing that will hurt us spiritually as he tries to find ways to break our fellowship with You. And of course he wants to disconnect us from You, because you are the source of truth.

Thank you for helping us to understand how the enemy is a liar, who can seem powerful but is in reality a cheating frustrated fool who always loses in the end. We understand that You gave us the power of love and of a sound mind. Thank you for teaching us that as Your children, we do not have to live in fear or confusion. Yet we recognize the reality and constant risk of spiritual attacks.

Therefore, we ask that you protect us and help clear our minds from anything harming us so we may stay focused on Your lessons for us and our love for You. We pray for Your protection and that any and all evil spirits, those that cause fear, doubt and insanity, leave us and Be Gone at this very moment, in the mighty name of Jesus!

Technology should work for the people, never against the people.

Liberals love the fairy tale where “good people” are “taken care of” by their “government” that “cares about them.”

What's true? In the search for truth, a few of us had the perspective of experiencing life deep inside the Democrat apparatus, where we realized after seeing it first hand all they care about is themselves. They sell out their country through influence peddling. It’s what most of them are doing, because it’s easy for them to do, and they have no other skills that would bring them anywhere near as much “comfort” as they get through treason. Maybe you’ve heard the saying … Comfort is a heck of a drug!

Maybe they’ll toss you a few table scraps along the way as your reward for staying quiet and being “compliant.” Won’t make any difference at all, long term. You know what will? We the People, united.

Friends, yesterday evening when I wrote some thank-you messages to Patriots who helped tell my story in years past, I forgot to mention a very special friend who I’ve still never met, but who moved heaven and earth for me. I appreciate her more than words can express.

That friend is the lovely Tamara Leigh, @TamaraLeighsTrendOn who is the kind of loyal friend we are lucky to find a few times in our lives, if we even do.

Tamara, I appreciate you so much.

I should also mention that Tamara’s friend Pat Scopeliti, passed away this past week. Am not sure what happened there. Pat was a special man who loved his country very much, I believe he co-authored a book with Gen. Flynn. We ought to keep Pat in our prayers.

AI is a tool. It will be a reflection of its programmer and data. It is not conscious. It is a very fast and very accurate generative search engine. That’s it. You must program moral ethics into it, which is what we must do. Or our enemies will with their satanic “value systems.” You can have an AI based on Christian data and Christian ethics or you can have one that is based on worldly data and worldly “ethics.”

AI is no more “demonic” than the smartphone in your hand. It can be used for good or it can be used for evil, depending on who is using it. Same with any tool: a hammer can build a house or it can be used to harm someone. Doesn’t mean the hammer itself is inherently evil.

A Rasberry Pi is a great way to start learning Linux. If you can find one (they’re so popular, they’re often out of stock.)

Non-big-tech, cheap, small enough to hold in the palm of your hand.

Connected to a screen and keyboard/mouse, it’s a full computer. Surf the web, use Open Source word processing apps. Tons of free software available. Sometimes used for education in schools but great for all ages!

The Dunning-Kruger Effect refers to a cognitive bias that causes an overestimation of capability.

When it was first described, psychologist David Dunning wrote: “incompetence .. [is] often received with an inappropriate confidence, buoyed by something that feels like knowledge.”

This post is not meant to belittle the significance of A.I. as it emerges. Rather, to remind everyone that A.I., although currently experiencing a “hype phase” in the media, it is nascent; it has a long way to go. Can it be dangerous? Yes. Are we right to be concerned? Yes.

Can we do something about it, to improve outcomes over time? Yes.
