Your promises are easily broken,
Sometimes empty words, though earnestly spoken.

But God's Word transforms the soul,
By His Holy Spirit making you whole

As you spend time with Him,
He will change you from within.

This year, commit to giving your life another look,
You will find all the answers you need, in His book.

This year, commit to listening to what He has to say.

I’m looking to install Linux on a 2011 MacBook Pro. Any recommendations for which distro works best? If possible it would be great to have multi touch gestures

So, this is interesting. Did not realize we can degoogle our phones!! We got 2 free phones when we switched over to cricket that we are not using. I'd like to attempt to degoogle them myself. Do I need special software?? Or coding skills?? They are sitting in their boxes collecting dust, so I'm not worried about damaging them. They are ovation 2.

We are starting out the new year with some good news: Anonymous polling on this and other channels reflects a dramatic shift in acceptance by Patriots that we need to build our own technology.

This is a major positive because we need to face and accept our challenges before they can be improved

A year ago, and especially two years ago, these surveys were met with responses that building new tech was "a problem for the next generation," or "a scam."

Change takes some time and effort--we change when we need to. It is human nature.

With that in mind, we at the Jeff.pro channel ask you to help spread the message with your fellow Patriots about the urgency and importance that we get more involved with technology. More channels like ours should be started. If you start one, we will help promote you.

We did not get in to this situation with the political left controlling most of the technology overnight, and we will not get out overnight. But we the people absolutely can make a difference

It's not time to quit. It is time to acknowledge where improvements need to be made

When you see or read Patriots writing that new technology "is a scam," "it's not my area" or "it's not something I'm interested in," don't turn it in to a fight or mudslinging

Instead, be patient and encourage them. Help Patriots to understand. We have work to do but we can get there faster than people think

FOR CLARIFICATION Linux for Beginners and Introduction to programming with Python are two different courses. LFB is not a programming class, it is oriented towards desktop web surfers who are looking to get Big Tech (Microsoft Windows/Bill Gates) out of their computers. The programming class is brand new, it is a different class, we will be offering it for the first time (in a separate group) this month. We are putting it together in response to many inquiries we had last year about training and re-training for new, vax free career paths in tech.
