After we get this search brand under development, we will start work on a chat app. Both are important. The stuff I'm explaining here is enough to digest for tonight so we will move on to talking about chat technologies at a future date.
There will be some people who are negative about these projects. There always are. Be ready for it.
Big technology projects are built by teams. I'll show everyone how that works. It is an interesting thing to be on a development team even in a limited role such as quality checking or helping to write some part of the documentation. Teams are great when you get good people on them and when you can see progress being made it's highly motivating to everyone.
By the way there are indeed a few "other" search projects that are under development if you look around the entire internet. That is not a problem at all. It is good news for everyone, in fact. Google doesn't fear them so far because they're so far ahead. There are new arenas opening up for search though, which we will talk about, new technologies to be built in to search databases and room for competitive innovation. And, if you're interested in learning about how big technology projects are built, a search project--for a bunch of reasons--is one of the best possible projects to work on.
We will start in a humble, realistic way in terms of architecture and scale up as the projects move forward. It is way more efficient, and practical, to build technology in these categories now than it was ten years ago for example. For that reason, I always expect that more entrepreneurs will step up and start building new projects....it's a shame that most of the innovation has historically come out of one region (Silicon Valley) of the U.S., doesn't have to be that way.

Im writing a learning program now for school age kids. I know when I work with other creatives we are able to come up with amazing ideas and work product together. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. I know you will create greatness. Happy to see this positivity. The seed grows under great pressure from the earth. We are all growing from this. π

I find when people tell me I canβt do something, that is the exact motivation I need to prove them wrong.

That's why we need search and chat free from the current overlords.

Thank you so much! I followed you on twitter but I left that dump in January. I am glad you are here where more productive communication is possible.

It's amazing that we are here, building something. I have been reading the late section of Exodus where they are given the designs for the temple, and where they build it. Artisans specially gifted by God, directed by the Holy Spirit. I do not believe this to be a mistake or coincidence that I am reading these passages at this time. May the Lord bless the work of our hands!

Start pulling out the barbs. You can switch from gmail to Protonmail (use both for a while). You can factory reset your android and then don't sign in to any Google stuff, get your apps from other places like apkpure rather than the app store. Use the Brave browser. Find open source alternatives to all the software you rely on. This will make it easy to switch over to the Linux operating system. It is a journey. Ready, set, go!

I always followed Jeffrey there too.

Proton Mail has a free option but if you get the paid version, you can use custom domains. So if you own a domain name like johndoe.me your email address can be john@johndoe.me
To my new subscribers here on Telegram: Thank you so much for your interest in this chanel! Here we will be talking a a lot about technology, a little about politics, but instead of posting the same stuff everyone else posts, we will do our best to give you some unique value--we will focus on rapidly educating Patriots about technology from the life experience of a "industry insider," while doing our best to keep it interesting, (sometimes tech stuff seems a little boring, less so when it affects your life) and ultimately we will be in the chat room connected to this channel exchanging tips and knowledge that will help all of us take back our digital freedom from the evil "big tech" overlords.
This is a new channel on Telegram. It's only been around for a short while. Yet, we have already started to bring together a great group of Patriots in the chat room who are interested in technology. And I can tell you we're reaching an early consensus: Freedom-loving Americans are starting to move towards the Linux operating system. We are moving away from using Microsoft Windows and Apple's operating systems (MacOS, iOS).
Why? We just don't trust those companies any more.
If you have those operating systems (Windows, MacOS) installed on your computer, they potentially have a window in to esentially -every single thing you are doing- with your computer or device at some point and it's not a comfortable position for any of us to be in any more, even if we don't know exactly how bad their spying is. Learning about the Linux operating system, in it's many forms, is empowerment. The Linux and opensource ecosystem is digital freedom. There's a learning curve. For many people, it will take some time to learn it. But Linux is probably the right direction for most Patriots to be moving in, in terms of taking back control of your technology, and it seems like more or less everyone here with technology experience is in agreement. π

Agreed. It's likely for many it's simply *not practical* to "ditch" Windows or MacOS overnight, or at all. You don't have to "ditch" Windows though--you can do both. It is the present reality we find ourselves in, due to the way the technology industry evolved over time.
My goal is to educate and encourage Patriots to move in the right direction because technology competency requires an effort, it's not easy.
We need to be encouraged to keep up the fight. Many who are serious about their use of technology have started to study Linux "on the side" or in their spare time. The great thing about Linux and opensource ecosystem is everything is free. And it is some of the most interesting, most up to date technology out there.
You can do both. You can continue using your Windows and MacOS computers while having a second machine the runs linux--you can buy or built it yourself for a few hundred bucks.
Apathy hurts us as a society. You will hear Patriots talk about "nobody doing anything" which I agree with, things sometimes seem like they are not happening as fast as we would like. Taking control of our own digital world is somethng we can decide to do today, if we know what to do. May not be for everyone but if you want to "do something" to start fighting back on your own terms..If you're up for the challenge, I encourage everyone to start learning about Linux, one day at a time. A year goes by fast. You can be fluent in the use of Linux in 3 to 6 months, an expert in a year if you put in the effort.

Want to see someone who makes an effort to help do what's right? Look at James O'Keefe at Project Veritas. There's someone who fights the good fight for truth and freedom every week. Totally inspiring. You think what he does is easy? Yet, look at the results. If it wasn't for his work, we wouldn't have insiders walking away and telling the truth about what's happening inside Corporate America. I love his work. He inspires me.
