I've been participating in this channel since early September. I have to admit, I'm the type of person that goes through 'phases' of being ultra interested in things. However, the information I have learned here is both very helpful and very sobering. This is not something I will be able to lay aside in a couple of months. The information I have learned has triggered a great sense of responsibility, and now I feel it's my duty to change some things in my life permanently. Not just a phase. Also, the seriousness of the 'surveillance state' is not something we can ignore. It should strike the heart of every American patriot to be an ambassador for change, and an outspoken proponent of FREEDOM in our digital life. My heart has been struck and now I can't shut up! ☺️💪🏻🇺🇸

Your Operating System controls everything on your computer, at the "system level." Your Gab, GETTR, any site or app you are using, even if it is a 'freedom of speech' app, it can still be shut down by your 'big tech' O.S.

The main component on smartphone logic boards (main boards), is often called the "System on a Chip" (SoC).

If you've been following my Telegram channel, you understand now that a mobile smartphone is a miniature computer, and that computers depend on Operating Systems (the "O.S.") to perform all crucial functions. That is what computers do. They are machines, they follow instructions, written in code.

So, it's the existing software in Android and iOS -- the way the O.S. was designed -- that makes our phones do the things we don't like ... such as the spying, leaving the microphones on, capturing our speech, an so on. And then we must consider, who were the designers of the Operating Systems? (Google, and Apple).

Just as the O.S. on our phones can be designed in ways that work against us, an Operating System can be designed to work for us. But so far, no one has designed a popular Mobile Operating System that serves the people, instead of SIlicon Valley commies. So maybe we should ask, why is that?

Tonight, I asked you why you think 'big tech' designed the only two popular Mobile Operating Systems, Android and iOS, in a way that puts Silicon Valley first, and America last. Your answer was clear: greed, and big tech's desire for power and control.

Sadly, I have to say, I agree with you. They were showing their hand for a long time, then the floodgates opened, with deplatforming, censorship and other abuses, and the way America sees them will never be the same. So where do we go from here? (continued)

First of all, I'll say that the ideas I share here are just that ... my ideas. Others will have ideas how to fix things, too. What we can be sure of, though, is that things are so out of balance in terms of influence and control over technology in America between the political left and right, it's dramatic, to say the least, and needs to be fixed, urgently. Thats something we can agree on, it's the recurring theme of this group.

I will offer some original thought to this conversation, that you may have heard me talk about before. There's a myth that technological innovation needs to culminate in 'the latest and the greatest, the highest-performance benchmark, fastest 'this-or-that', in the competitive sense. It's something the elitists on the left have pushed throughout the entire history of technology. There was more justification for this attitude as tech was evolving, hitting important milestones, than there is today, for example: The first images delivered over the World Wide Web. The first animated graphics. The era of the first doubing, quadrupling, of mass storage (Remember the wonder of the 10MB hard drive?) When these things were happening, the 'always-competitive' attitude towards technology was more justifiable. We're long past that. Once we hit the point where streaming video could be processed while enabling a comfortable desktop web surfing session, further advancements did not have such an impact on the average desktop user, at least not to the point which would justify the several-thousand-dollar premium necessary for consumers to pay to always have the "latest and greatest" hardware. Same can be said for programming and software development. If you haven't programmed a computer, my point here is, technology, across the board, did most of what it needed to do for most desktop users, about ten years ago. And that is a good place for us to look back to, as we pick up the pieces and think about what needs to be done in America to even things out in our digital society, again. (Just my opinions, the opinions of one computer guy, folks.)

We've done a lot with this Telegram group so far. We've educated a ton of people about Free and Open Source Software, and Linux. That's important. If you're following, you know by now, it's real, it's great stuff, and it truly will set you free and put you on a new path. There's a reason I started there...like I've said in my audio presentations, we needed to start with the part that would make the biggest impact to your technology, first ... what would be the "hardest part" of the equation of achieving Digital Freedom for most Patriots..... getting away from Microsoft Windows, in to an Operating System that would give you your freedom back. For now, we can achieve that with Linux. By our calculations, several thousand of you have switched over to Linux now, following our suggestions, and we have heard very little negative feedback as a result. Conversley, we receive many messages every day from people whose lives are being changed as they re-discover technology and what it feels like to be in control again, away from 'big tech'. So yes. In terms of the imbalance of influence between the political right and left with technology in America, it's dire at the moment, folks. The left had such a head start, it can be viewed as almost impossible to change. So with the left controlling almost the entire conversation online, let's stop and think for a moment. Who were the first Patriots to stand up and do something about it? Well, you know who they were. Whether you like them or not, because personalities , infighting, competition, or whatever, happens among these groups. But let's give credit where it's due. Just my opinion!! Here's a few people I have a ton of respect for, regardless of whatever metrics people judge them by "at this moment," because such judgments are often fickle and meaningless compared to what bold action and commitment means when viewed through the lens of history.

First, I will say, God Bless Andrew Torba, I don't really know him, but I watched what he had the courage to do. Talk about strength of character, values and principles, running headfirst in to the line of fire, against all odds, in the name of Freedom of Speech. I salute Andrew Torba for his courage.
