Alexa listens intently

I'm not sure what some people don't understand about this. It needs to listen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and forever in order to hear someone say Alexa.

I've actually caught Google listening.
I was watching tv, and the people in this commercial were talking about different restaurants, all of a sudden my phone goes off "I found these restaurants near you"

Friends, did you see this Rolling Stone article yesterday? Not like the FBI would use access to Apple devices and Whatsapp for political purposes, to target, intimidate and harass conservatives, and to promote communism. Nah. They wouldn't do that ... would they?

As a conservative I lost a lot of sleep after reading about this surveillance. Before joining Jeff Petersons group I know so little about technology that my best plan was too keep resetting my device and changing my email address. People starting asking me what I was up to because of all the email alias addresses. I sleep so much better now with my degoogled phone and beloved Linux computer.

This will end negatively for the FBI and many other 3 letter agencies. They and there handlers will never overrule the people of this nation. We are becoming more and more unified against the deep state and it’s tactics. They lose more and more power every day. It’s just a matter of time before these institutions dissolve.

This channel has sure helped me. In 60 days I have converted my IMAC to Ubuntu and am writing command lines and now upgrading to the Plasma desktop. I have my new domain and plan to host it on a VPN. I am moving away from big tech at an accelerated speed. Thank you 🙏 all very much. Job well done 👍

On Setpember 28, 2021, I installed Lineage on a Samsung Galaxy S5 that was just gathering dust at work. I wanted to test it out and was carrying around 3 telephones (work/google, de-googled/private SIM, and google/my main telephone now without a SIM). Yesterday I took the plunge and installed Lineage on my OnePlus 7T Pro. So far, it works better than the Galaxy S5 with Lineage. I'm still finding replacement (FOSS) apps, but am very happy with the move!

The cost of convenience that a lot don’t know or don’t care is scary.
