I’m deleting FB on 12/1. I’ll miss my Buy Nothing groups. I intend to use the next few weeks to get rid of stuff using those groups and to ask for old unused laptops. 😉

I did it! Thanks to Jeremiah 29:11! He told me to install Pop OS, and I followed his instructions plus the man on the YouTube videos he shared. Super easy! Excited to be part of this journey. 😃

I resurrected an HP DV6 with the black screen won't boot video processor issue by pulling the board & reflowing the video chip with a hot air gun. Got lucky and it finally booted back up. Wiped it and installed Linux Mint.

Still makes me chuckle.
