We are living through an era that that history is going to remember well. Very true. It is so Evil to lie to people on the scale that it is being done today. Talking to a co-worker today and my heart goes out to him for how duped he is from the media... It is really tough to see good citizens brain washed by the powers that be.

Linux is a tremendous tool for securing our freedom . .

It is tough. I know some great people that just can’t believe what I am trying to tell them. They just will not accept that our government, institutions, media and technology could be lying about what is happening and want take advantage of people in this way.

My sincere thanks to everyone for helping me get set up with Linux this evening. Cnturion got me up and running. Now, the real learning begins.

Learning all of these new things with Linux reminds me of when I first got onto the internet in the 90's. I learned to get online and find usenet newsgroups with no GUI software. I set up a webpage for myself. I'm glad to be taking back the reins from Big Tech!

Just wanted to say that after switching over to Linux about a month and a half ago I can confidently say that GIMP is a suitable replacement for Photoshop, at least in my use cases. I am a self taught PS user that was using it to create product images and graphics for my website. The first couple of weeks were a little tough as I had to learn new key commands and where everything is but I now feel like I can perform tasks at the same speed in either. As I get more used to GIMP I also am beginning to appreciate the GIMP user experience more than PS. Haven't had a single RAM crash yet either!
