Xerolinux seems like a pretty cool distro based on what I have read. I am going to install it on another laptop that I haven't used in ages. Definitely want to detox from Windows for good

I have a 2012 iMac and a 2015 MacBook Air that is running Mint. The only problem that I have is on the MacBook is I haven’t figured out how to copy and paste with track pad but it’s all a learning experience

I love Ubuntu and it was super easy. I got nervous with changing my router settings to allow the private server access. I need to grow a set lol

I have heard Brave is not a trustworthy browser. Is there one that ya’ll would recommend on Ubuntu?

I use both dissenter and brave (along with a few others). Brave is my regular go to, but I keep Dissenter in the mix in case Brave goes woke. Brave is still safe, for now.

What about Epic Browser? I tried it before and it’s really good I must say.

Why bother dual booting with Windows? Just get rid of it and use Linux.

Today I finally had time to swap OSs on the Pixel 3a that I got from backmarket.com. I was impressed with their site, shipping, and product. My wife sells on Poshmark, and BackMarket seems like Poshmark for electronics. Anyhow, I was nervous about the flashing process(LineageOS), and read and reread the instructions. I did have one hiccup, but it was caused because I had not installed Adb/Fastboot correctly. Once I had that done, it was easy. One tip is that output in the Terminal may not fully reflect what the phone is doing during the flashing process. Just be patient. Haste could cause you to brick the device. Just take your time. I am typing this from TG on the new phone!

What about Pinephone Pro? I heard it’s a first flagship Linux phone on the market.
