I could be wrong, but the more I think about it, the more I am inclined to believe: a) the Democrats and DNC are planning to throw the "big guy" under the proverbial bus, (they don't hesitate to turn on their own when necessary) opening up whole new universe of excuses for them, probably blaming the Afghanistan debacle on his cognitive decline or some other thing that they will say 'wasn't their (or his) fault' and b) Many of the "mistakes" they are allowing him to make were engineered 1-by foreign interests, acting 'through' known political personalities with financial influence over the Democrats and 2-to soon justify the need for dramatically increased use of DHS (Homeland Security) domestically, which they will do citing 'mistakes' made in Afghanistan and unspecified 'threats', while the real intent will be to use the national security apparatus against political opposition, and to keep themselves in power.
Anyone who followed my old account on Twitter (@ realJeffreyP) will remember I was reporting that I personally saw how many of the most influential Democrat operators were being flooded with lucrative 'consulting constracts' from foreign interests as far back as 2014, 2015. And I'm sure before that, as well. By 2016 - 2017, when I was last in close contact with them, it was reaching levels I had never seen and certainly didn't seem like what I would characterize as normal. These are many of the same people who have the most influence over the current regime in Washington, D.C. today. I have no idea exactly what they've been up to in recent years but I can't imagine much would have changed other than they would have continued getting in deeper, due to their love of the easy money they were getting. It is a fact the upper ranks of the Democrat party is full of "power brokers" who are selling influence overseas while using a multitude of rationalizations/excuses to justify their wrong actions to others and themselves. That much I am sure of because I saw it myself. Never imagined we'd be seeing an American President make the USA look weak on the world stage while shunning our alies, I have no logical way to understand it other than the theories I've described here, which are just that--theories, but they are well-informed theories. With 208 military aircraft abandoned by Joe Biden, the Taliban now has slightly smaller air power than UK, but more than Spain, Canada and Australia.

The Taliban has more aircraft NOT more air power than Spain. A lot of those Taliban planes are militarized civilian planes, they don't have air superiority fighters nor fast attack planes.
Good point. Something else I thought I'd address--some people are speculating about the Taliban not having the skill to operate the aircraft they just inherited from the U.S. Military. The way I see it, many to most of those aircraft could likely end up being operated by military pilots from the Taliban's new business partners, the Chinese, as they get to work mining Afghanistan's $1 trillion+ of natural resources, again bringing us back to my original thesis, about foreign actors using their influence over the "Biden administration" to make these "mistakes" happen in the first place. Ultimatley, it would seem logical that the same people bribing Democrats, would be the same people reaping the rewards of their bribes--the Chinese Communist Party. (Again, just 'theories', may as well get them out there for people to think about while we're still allowed to talk.)
Think about it. What's the ROI on $20, $30 million paid in bribes to Democrat party "consultants" by China, to brainwash/push/force the "Biden administration" to make all of these "mistakes" in Afghanistan, compared to the benefits of receiving an entire small military fleet, for free? And, all while knocking down American prestige, shaming the United States of America on the world stage. That would be a TRULY MASSIVE return on investment for the Chinese that literally has no easily quantifiable price. The regime currently in power in D.C. that I came to know, values "loyalty," and "not questioning" influential Democrat figures more than anything. They move together, in lock-step, anyone who questions the party overlords is shamed, destroyed and thrown off the merry-go-round of easy money.
The way I see it, it's entirely possible Joe himself has no clue why he's being told to do things, he simply follows orders while passing the buck to nameless, faceless "advisors." Or maybe he does understand all of it, but I think that's doubtful. Probably doesn't make much difference to him. He gets to sit around eating ice cream, flashing his professional 'empty suit' smile, and making appearances as the "President of the United States"--what he always dreamed of--while control people around him enrich themselves, selling out the greatest nation on earth for virtual pennies compared to the damage they're doing. Is it an administration of treasonous, lying, selfish bastards? Entirely possible. These are just my ideas, my opinions, after getting to know them myself, that's how I see them.

I agree 100%! I said last night no one f**k’s up this badly, it had to be on purpose.
You know, I don't need to be right about my ideas of the current Democrats in power in Washington. I write from the heart, with not much of a filter, to share ideas with other Americans who didn't have the "pleasure" of getting to know them the way I did. ("pleasure" here is sarcastic, by the way.) In fact I'd love to be wrong about them. I'd love to wake up tomorrow and to realize that somehow, Joe Biden really is a good, competent, ethical, caring man, and that my theories of corruption inside the Democrat party were wrong. It's unsettling in general to have to live life truly believing that your country is being sold out to the Chinese or other foreign interests by a treasonous corrupt administration. I honestly don't want to be right about it. If someone wants to prove me wrong, I wouldn't mind. I am totally open to constructive criticism.

They don't have the ability to maintain any of the ac..they require a daily inspection and a lot of maintenance to keep them going..not to mention flying them! These people don't know how to fly them..
Any other pilots here? I have a few hundred hours logged as a pilot flying small private planes, and a lifetime of admiration for U.S. military aviators. Agree with others that the Taliban can't realistically operate or maintain these aircraft. That's what brings me to my theory that they will likley get help in that regard from the Chinese, who have an ample surplus of well trained military personnel.

JUST IN - U.S. military forces German reporter and ten other international journalists to board planes under threat of military police to depart from #Kabul airport to Doha.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of BILD, Germany's largest news magazine, is at #Kabul airport and reports on blatant attacks on freedom of the press by the U.S. military.
Before the incident, the U.S. military consulted with the U.S. State Department on whether journalists could still leave #Kabul airport at their own risk, but the U.S. government apparently fears critical press and witnesses.

Were any Afghanis trained as mechanics? Granted there wouldn’t likely be a lot of them, but if there are, the Taliban will find them. They have the biometrics.

Those who used to follow my old Twitter account, @ realJeffreyP, will be familiar with my writings about how Mexico's most powerful and longest-standing political party, the Mexican PRI, is notorious for using government law enforcement apparatus for political gain, and how U.S. Democrats learned from them as the parties forged new, closer relationships in recent years.

As a lawyer, let me provide further context on the purported "exoneration" by the US Capitol Police of Ashli Babbitt's killer:
The US Capitol Police is going to be facing a lawsuit very soon. The "exoneration" is in their financial self-interest. They will deny liability in the civil suit, so they had to do their own sham "investigation" to conclude their officer is blameless.

Thanks for understanding as I write, or forward posts on many different topics of interest. If you're familiar with my writing you will understand how I tend to follow news about Democrat corruption and there's no shortage of those stories these days.
