I give people advices about how to be productive and at times, I myself feel lost.

I have been trying to push my limits since past 3 years, for not a single day I decided not to work until my goal is achieved.

But I am not a robot, human only. When unable to meet my targets for day. I face guilt.

But not for more than a few seconds I endure that guilt, I always say to myself,

Time gone is gone! Whats in my hand is NOW. not regretting or overthinking is my greatest Strength, and with this thought I start again.

From past 2 days, I was experiencing burnout. I did work 4-5 hours but its not enough.

I was getting distracted, Tapping on Instagram, sleeping a lot and more.

Finally, I decided I gotta do something to put an end to it.

I thought and realised, Its happening because I am not letting my mind relax, Its always occupied with wanting to improve or win.

So, I got ready and Came to this cafe enjoying my own company listening to music, it felt really good, I am back! All refreshed.

Time to break the limits back again

Just sharing this to tell you guys, Sometimes, Take a break πŸ˜‰( conscious one )

These are 4 major factors for low mock score.

Loop holes in practice or theory
This is the major reason for why many score low, They do improper practice or mindlessly watch theory in class.

Don’t solve questions just to tick an option, but to understand it entirely. The question must fascinate you.

Lack of revision
Forgetting formulas or trying to derive results that could have been memorised, Revise well through long notes or one shots and at times from short notes as well ( If you don’t have short notes use formula booklet )

Silly mistake and low accuracy
This can happen due to not being habitual with given tests which leads to low temperament or due to less calculation speed which leads to haste.

_____

Every time you give a test, Analyse which factors is at play question by question, Make a table for all 3, If needed and accordingly make changes in your way of learning.
