It’s 6:16 right now and I’m trying to push my limits.
yesterday was tiresome, Went out for Christmas with friends. Had loads of Junk food which causes lethargy and then sleep.
Right now, It’s 6:18 pm, I didn’t sleep tonight. At around 3:20 I was undergoing intense shivering in my body as it was calling for sleep. But I didn’t.
My targets for the day were incomplete. I promised myself, I won’t sleep until It gets done.
It was hard to convince myself to keep working. More than 10 times the thought of sleeping came to my head (
Everytime, I felt like I wanna sleep, I closed my eyes and Imagined all the faces of people who listen to me and my purpose of life as well.
I am proud 😌 of the fact that I made it till 6:22 am and will make it further.
My message to you is, I am not motivating you to work 26 hours a day or forget sleep. The point I want to make is, When your compulsions dominates your mind. when it gets hard to carry on because of the irritation caused. If you learn to ignore that and still continue the work, the positivity you feel after surpassing that stage has no match. I can feel it in me, Right Now.
Next time you feel irritated and your body/mind becomes resistant of studying. Close your eyes, Remind yourself of your goal and the message I gave u just now.
and after an hour or 2 you’ll be filled with positivity and confidence and a upsurge of energy will rise. Do try it.
