Stop everything and Start a timer of 3 Hours and start a study session!

In first 5-10 minutes decide whats the most prior thing that needs to be done and than start doing it.

You haven’t eaten?
Eat after 3 Hours!

You haven’t slept?
Sleep after 3 Hours!

Bothered about something? Overthink after 3 Hours!

If you about to start the session! Comment “STARTING
